Today was our third time using Towne Plumber. Brett arrived early, he was polite and professional, and he got the job done quickly. I highly recommend Towne Plumber for all your plumbing needs.

Shane and his crew at Towne Plumber were amazing. They came out.. fixed our broken water line, installed a new water heater, and repaired several leaky faucets in record time! They were professional, and courteous.. treating our house like it was their own! They are now my go-to company for all plumbing needs! Thanks for your hard work!

Woke up to a huge water leak in basement, we had initially called Dupree Plumbing and they could not send someone out the same day, we were given Towne Plumbing information , Brett came out was very nice and immediately found the issue, the hot water line had a crack , he was able to replace the pipe. The expansion tank and the prv also needed to be replaced. Brett answered all of our questions and concerns and fixed all the issues. We were only without water for a day. We will definitely call Towne Plumbing again!

We had a leak and one of my friends recommended this business. They were able to fit us in the day after I called them. Brett was polite and was able to explain the issues. He cleaned up all of the drywall that he had to cut out to fix the leak. I would absolutely use this company again if needed.

Towne is the most trustworthy service provider I’ve ever used. Brett explained everything to me, didn’t oversell, and made the fixes I need.

TP CLOG:
I feel $175 for the little bit of work that he had to do to fix the problem and literally took him 20 minutes- was WAY overpriced… I expected it to be more like a visit cost of $79 or so- We have always trusted your company to come out and give a fair price but this time I feel it was not fair. A good job is always done, But I feel this was unreasonable for a quick fix of a pipe clogged w/ TP.

We needed plumbing repairs on two separate and recent occasions and we used Towne Plummer both times. Their worker arrived when expected, was efficient while completing the repairs, quoted a reasonable price before starting work, and we’ll use their services again when/if needed.

Thank for your professionalism and honesty. Great service and I will be using your service in the future. Home Depot said they couldn’t install my dishwasher because of a leak but after town plumber checked it wasn’t a leak. Thank you for my install of my dishwasher I am very happy 😃

Excellent experience with Towne Plumber yesterday. They turned up ahead of time expected and were able to install new garbage disposal immediately. All for reasonable price. Great service. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. They replaced our water heater the same day, and did it carefully and professionally. Today we called them for a problem with the faucet which turned out to be minor, and they didn’t event charge us.

Shane and his guys always do a great job. Honest, thorough, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for anything more in a plumbing service.

I called at 8am and they arrived at 12 and replaced my hot water tank by 2:30. Our old tank was leaking, out of compliance, no expansion tank. Jake and Mason were great- very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

After the plumber I originally called never showed up, I reached out to Towne Plumbing at 8:30 pm and left a voice mail. Within 5 minutes, the owner (Shane) returned my call and had a repairman at my house by 10:30 the next morning. Matt, the repairman, was outstanding. He tracked down a part for the drain in our bathtub and made the trip to get it installed. Five stars for customer service….prompt, courteous, competent, and reasonable.

Matt was excellent. Took the time to explain the issue and what he was doing, and answered any questions I had. He was here on time and did his work in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Tate did an awesome job. Very nice, arrived on time and was able to get our waterline installed for us no problem. Highly recommend.

I called with a leaking pipe in the kitchen. Towne Plumber diverted Matt after he finished another job nearby to solve our issue ( we had turned the water off). Matt addressed the problem immediately and quickly had us “up and running” with the leak fixed, up to date valves and the area where he was working cleaner and neater than before he started. Matt’s work was excellent, the price was very reasonable and the issues were resolved more quickly than we hoped for! Towne Plumber is #1 in our book, and we recommend them highly!

Today I found myself with pipes backing up in a commercial building. I gave Town Plumber a call and they showed up within an hour, found my issue and had it resolved in less then an hour. I was extremely pleased with Tate's work ethic, was extremely professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Scheduling the appointment was super easy, and they had next-day availability, which was a huge plus. I even received a confirmation email, so I knew everything was set. The plumber arrived early and called ahead to ask if it was okay to come sooner – which I appreciated. The job was to adjust the gas line behind the stove so my new stove could sit properly against the wall, and the plumber completed everything quickly and efficiently. Great communication, fast service, and top-notch professionalism. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
PS: before I found this company I contacted 4 other plumbers, and NOBODY got back to me!
