We were very happy with the actual work and the customer service from Sam and Sons. Our door to our garage would not close and we had had other people do a quick fix which didn't do much. Sam and Sons came the next day on time, figured out the problem, did quality work, and the door looks and feels great, even better than when we bought our home. We appreciated how the owner himself supervised the work and was personable and engaging and obviously cared about doing a good job.

Had Sam and Sons come out to install a light fixture, and they did a great job. Showed up on time, worked efficiently, and everything looks perfect.

Honestly, I had a really great experience with Sam & Sons Services. I used them for a mix of things around my house — AC servicing, some electrical fixes, plumbing work, and a few maintenance jobs — and everything went way smoother than I expected.

Big shoutout to Adam, the technician who came out. Super friendly guy, very professional, and you can tell he actually knows what he’s doing. He explained everything in simple terms, showed up on time, and made sure the work was done properly without rushing through it.

What I appreciated most was how respectful and clean the team was while working in the house. It’s hard finding reliable service companies these days, but these guys definitely earned my trust. Fair prices, great communication, and solid work all around.

Adam the Plumber is outstanding. He shows up on time, explains everything clearly, and gets the job done the right way without cutting corners. You can tell he knows his trade inside and out — he works confidently, solves problems quickly, and keeps everything clean while he’s working.

What impressed me the most was his attitude. He’s respectful, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great work ethic the way Adam does.

Amazing service! Corey, Tim, and Adam went above and beyond just helping us replace our water heater- they also repaired an old bathtub faucet in a bathroom, fixing a broken cartridge. They fixed a toilet that was leaky and an old sink faucet with low pressure. We had a wonky regulator that was likely causing our problems, and they did it all! Corey is a plumbing wizard and great with kids and pets!! Who could ask for anything more. Hire them.

Every time I’ve used them, the work has been done the right way and the team has been reliable, respectful, and easy to deal with. Adam is one of those plumbers who genuinely loves what he does. His attention to detail is impressive — he checked everything twice, tested the system thoroughly, and made sure I understood what he fixed. He even pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future but never pushed me to buy anything unnecessary.

I contacted Sam and sons to check on my slow draining toilet. Fast same day service. They checked everything and problem was quickly fixed. They gave me some options for future upgrades I wanted to perform. No pushy salesman. Just honest hardworking guys. I will be calling them soon for the upgrades.

I am so impressed by how much this company respects the customers' home. There was no attempt to upsell like an estimator from other companies attempted. Structural integrity of my home was improved while they were able to update the design. My goal was to improve the modernize my home but this company went above and beyond the goal I set for myself. I have recommend so many time by mouth that I thought I would write what I experienced as well.

German was prompt; in fact he arrived 30 min early. He assessed the A/C problem through diagnostic testing and manual labor. The problem could not be resolved the same day due to the compressor being overheated and could not be properly tested. When German returned, he completed the testing and installed the replacement parts which resulted in the A/C system working again. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns so that I felt fully informed and aware of the lifespan of the compressor and when it should be replaced. He was truly professional and courteous. Job well done!

The process with Sam and Sons’ was smooth and efficient! We had lost power and heat in our house due to winter storms. After calling Eli in the office, Daniel came out to my house within the same day. Daniel found and solved the problem the within the day! The workers were very professional, concise, and knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Sam and Sons’ and will be using their service for all of my home’s future needs.
