After discussions, he suggested we get a tankless model which we had been considering, and helped identify what was needed. I called Bigbear on a Sunday because the pipe under my kitchen sink broke and water was spraying out, flooding the cabinet and my entire kitchen. He came out within two hours and provided a temporary fix, then returned the next day to provide the permanent repair. While he was there on Monday he also re-plumbed a circulator pump system that needed a check valve. Both jobs were done timely and thoroughly and his work was excellent. The price was definitely higher than I expected, but I felt the high price was due to the fact he came out immediately on a Sunday afternoon, and you do get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Bigbear and I will use them again next time I need a plumber.

Awesome person, friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. Assisted us with our tankless water heater service and our issue with losing hot water and was able to resolve our problem at a fair price. He will be our plumber going forward and offered tips on how to make our system last longer too.

Gabriel and The Big Bear Plumbing team have done a fantastic job with all my plumbing needs. Big Bear's Plumbing professionalism and expertise has really shown on the quality of work performed. Big Bear Plumbing replaced all the water lines (copper with ProPress fittings) which, are HIGHLY recommended than the traditional copper welding to help eliminate corrosion and potential leaks. Isolation valves were recommended and added by Gabriel to isolate each restroom and kitchen, for future remodel and eliminate from the entire house left with out water service. Big Bear Plumbing also replaced all waste lines with high quality ABS pipe and also added multiple clean-outs around the home for convenient waste line future maintenance. Big Bear Plumbing also added a garage sink and a water softener that has made a world of a difference! I highly recommend Big Bear Plumbing and will definitely reach out to them for all my future plumbing needs!
