The professional was lovely. He was super kind and nice to my very hard of hearing elderly father. He fixed the problem and we’re super happy we don’t need a new fridge. I had a great experience with Mr. Fridge! The technician was able to diagnose and address the issue, and helped clear away the ice, unclog the drainage issue that had caused the ice buildup, and get the fan working again, within a short amount of time. I was so relieved! He was also great about explaining what he was doing, and the nature of the issue the fridge was having. I'll more easily be able to spot problems in the future!

Sasha was great. He came and took a look at our fridge at a time that was convenient for our kitchen, diagnosed and repaired the problem in under an hour. He also gave us a gameplan for the future if we have any more freon related issues and cost estimates for that down the line so we are prepared. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to their competitors and I will gladly use them again.
