Business Details
For nearly twenty years, we have partnered with families throughout Hampton Roads to bring their homeownership goals to life. At 757 Building Company, we believe that constructing a home is about more than materials; it is about establishing a foundation for lasting memories. Our mission centers on cultivating meaningful relationships while delivering homes designed for longevity. From the earliest planning discussions to the final handover, we remain engaged, responsive, and committed to your success. If land acquisition is part of your journey, we are prepared to guide that process as well.
We concentrate on building custom homes and barndominiums characterized by open floor plans, soaring ceilings, wood detailing, and durable metal roofs engineered for long-term performance. Our clearly defined process begins with financial alignment and continues through plan selection or customization, design coordination, site evaluation, permitting, and disciplined construction management. Structured walkthroughs allow us to refine every detail before completion. Once finalized, your home receives a certificate of occupancy and is supported by comprehensive warranty coverage. Across the Hampton Roads region, the Tri-City area, and neighboring North Carolina counties, we are dedicated to delivering homes that reflect your vision and endure for generations.

From the initial design conversations to the final walkthrough, their team handles everything with a level of expertise and communication that is second to none. I couldnt be happier with my new home! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly the way I envisioned. The craftsmanship is outstandingsolid construction, beautiful finishes, and thoughtful touches that make the space feel truly mine. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Its rare to find a builder who genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the happiness of the homeowner. Im proud to call this place home and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality build!

I have had the most remarkable and amazing experiences with Jonathan and Rachel. Its hard to find the combination of elite quality in construction while also matching it with the same level of heart for people - theyve achieved both. They listen to you and want the best for you, which Ive struggled to find in the real estate construction world. Youll be able to see the difference in their work compared with the heaps of builders just trying to maintain the status quo. Theyre truly special. If youre looking to build and want an extraordinary experience, theyre your people and 757 Building Company is the only call you need to make!

Having worked with Rachel, Jonathan, and their trusted team, I can without a doubt say they are outstanding in their field. They both live and breathe developing a complex plan and then executing it. The 757 Team has experience in every stage of development, and Jonathan and Rachel have educated themselves with the latest ideas in how to develop properties. They are deeply committed to the quality of design and materials. From finances to the last shingle on the roof, you can trust their commitment to excellence.
