I work for a local fire department and we had a crew out doing a large project at the station which was impressive in of itself! While doing their project we came back to the station with our brush truck that had been out on a brush fire covered in mud and dirt. Eric had noticed us washing it and without hesitation, offered his pressure washer and foam cannon to make the job quicker and more efficient allowing us to return to service quicker! He was honestly and genuinely happy to help out! I cant express enough how impressed the crew was with the customer service him and his crew provided! Manny was fantastic!! He showed up with such a positive attitude. He could see exactly what needed to be done. He explained that we'd need to stay off the driveway for at least 4 hours. He prepared us as soon as he arrived! The after photos speak for themselves! It's like a brand new driveway that just had the concrete laid today. Beyond the actual after photos that speak for themselves, is Manny! I'd find reasons to work with him again. That is a cool guy! His work speaks for itself, but his attitude and personality was fun to work with! He worked hard and clearly took pride in what he does.

Our down spout on a gutter was clogged with Debris. The guys with American Maintenance Professionals showed up early, were self sufficient, and got the job done in less than half an hour. They were able to unclog our down spout and clean all of our gutters on the first and second floor roof lines. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys!

We bought a house built in 1985, the pool terrace had layers of hard water and dirt build up.
Estimates in the THOUSANDS to refinish and/or replace. 1-1/2hrs with these guys on site and it looks brand new!!!

Manny came this morning and did an amazing job cleaning our windows inside and out. There are a few hard water stains that can't be fully resolved but that's our fault for spraying down the screens and not wiping down the windows every time after. He really took his time and they look so great and clean. Very pleased and pricing seemed very reasonable to us.

Erik and Tony took their time to do an amazing job on a terrible concrete stain left by a tree trimming company. They were dedicated to communicating everything they did, why, and what i could expect moving forward. They were happy to treat the non stained area to keep a uniform look. It looks like brand new concrete. Great job, great guys. Would recommend them to everyone.

I had a nightmare stain on my driveway from a power steering fluid leak that was several months old. My HOA was fining me and my efforts to clean it myself ended up with poor results. Manny showed up right at time I expected, went over the stain and process with me and said when he was done, the driveway would look brand new. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded!
