Doctor Water Heater was excellent. I received great advice on the phone and then Tony came over to assess the job. The price was fair, Dave and Tony showed up as scheduled and the job was completed. Dave left the work area clean, showed me the completed job. The bill was consistent with the estimate.

Dr Waterheater went where NO other plumber would!! Had several other plumbing companies come to give estimates on replacing a water heater. They didnt want my business. Turns out the installation was a challenge. Only a very skilled plumber would be able to do the job. I by chance found Tony he called me right back asked questions had me send photos of the waterheater! He cared. I would recommend him to anyone anytime. He also let me know they do other plumbing jobs too! Guess who Im calling if I have a problem? Dr. Waterheater!! Thanks so much for your hard work!!

What a lifesaver! Tony was available and informative. He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. More than that, he was polite and understanding since we are new homeowners, Tony gave us a heads up on how to handle the fallout from the leak. I appreciated that he did not charge me for more work than necessary. The cost of the work was right on par with the estimated cost online. It's safe to say that in future I will definitely call the Doctor.
