The only good thing about a broken water line and flooded basement was the incredible help by Paul Davis and Carsons team. Our living space was destroyed and we had to be in an hotel until they fixed it and I dont exaggerate when I say the company that was the easiest to work with through this nightmare was Paul Davis. They were a huge help every step of the way from support, to the inspector, to the moving crew.

When a flood turned my home into a water park (uninvited, of course), this restoration team showed up like total pros and absolutely saved the day. They brought in fans like an industrial windstormthoroughly drying every inch with precision and speed. Bonus: my dogs thought they were in a spa with all the wind blowing through their fur! From the start, theyve been incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and completely on top of everythingfrom preventing mold to handling communication with insurance (which was a huge relief).

Every question I had was answered right away, and their professionalism gave me real peace of mind in a stressful situation.

Were still moving through the full restoration process, but if the drying phase is any indication, I know Im in the best hands. Cant recommend them enough!

PS all their employees were extremely polite, respectful, compassionate of the situation. License and insured. Cant recommend them enough.

Our master bathroom drain began leaking and we needed a fix right away! Our first plumber ghosted us and Brady was QUICK to recommend us plumbers! Once the drain was fixed, Nick came in to patch the hole in our ceiling and did a WONDERFUL, incredible job. Looks EXACTLY like before, like the leak didnt even happen!!! Such wonderful people who are adamant about doing honest, good work in quick time. Were so grateful!!

I had to fire the first restoration company i hired when my house burned down because they were blatantly trying to run up the bill. A friend recommended Paul Davis and they were excellent to work with, both on the content side and the restoration side. My only regret is I didn't call them first.

They walked us through the process, were very thorough in finding all the water damage and tearing out everything that needed to be removed, super friendly and sweet with my kids as a bonus, and very knowledgable in what they were doing and why. They worked hard and did it in a timely manner, and I would 110% recommend them to a friend!

We recently had water damage in our home and turned to Paul Davis Restoration for help. While the process had a couple of hiccupssuch as an extended mitigation phase due to moisture meter readings on the tile floor and some initial issues with the taping and texture workEthan was instrumental in resolving the moisture reading issue and ensuring our tile floor was saved.

Additionally, Kenny went above and beyond to make sure the contractors returned to fix any problems, ensuring the final work was done right.

Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, the results were excellent. I truly appreciate the professionalism and persistence of the team. In the end, I am completely satisfied with the restoration and would definitely recommend Paul Davis Restoration!

We had a sprinkler head freeze and explode, flooding the walls and floors. Paul Davis came out the next day. Their team did a great job. They were professional, communicative, and very accommodating. Their work was very thorough and meticulous. I definitely recommend them. We are mid process. Hoping for the same quality from their restoration team.
