Valerie came to our house on a service call for an issue with our hot water heater. She diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and informed my wife that there was nothing wrong with the water heater. She took the time to explain her troubleshooting process and also educated my wife on the need to purge the heater at least once a year to avoid issues down the road. We highly recommend America N.W. if you have a plumbing issue in your home!

Adding to the review above, we now use American NW for HVAC as well. They were out helping us with a water heater issue and noticed that the furnace was cycling abnormally. We got on the schedule for a service call the next day and Zack came out in the morning to take care of the issue. Because we are members of their service program, the charge was way less than we were expecting and we were once again educated on how to prevent issues in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Had our Furnace go out ysterday and had called a few other local companies and got quotes to my surprise they were all above $7k.... I called America NW Plumbing Heating Cooling they came out and quoted me far less to replace my furnace. Zack came out and made my day. He was very good at explaining the process and had a new furnace installed same day. Would recommend this company for everyone looking to do HVAC. 10 out of 10!

I would highly recommend these guys. I had a water leak in my guest bath and the gas furnace had to be removed to complete the repair. They removed the furnace, replumbed the guest bathroom, replumbed the water for the wash machine and installed a new dishwasher in for me for a great price. Zach, one of their furnace techs is an awesome guy, friendly, courteous and get things done quickly.

Val, Manny and Zach were fantastic. I won't ever use anyone else. They are friendly, professional, caring and do great work. Their prices are very fair. They don't try to gouge you, not even desperate old ladies. I don't consider them as just my plumbers. I consider them friends. Great job guys.

I love America NW Plumbing, Heating and Cooling! I have used them for a new furnace and also an AC. Not only does America NW use good products but their installers are the BEST! After 2 other heating & air companies failed to diagnose my furnace issues and $400 later for them trying to chip away at what was wrong, I called America NW for help. Not only did they send someone to my house immediately on a Friday evening, but they sent Zach who was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes. Gave us options and was honest and forthcoming. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a quick fix to keep us temporarily warm through the weekend while he got the equipment we needed that following Monday. When he came back he was again very communicative and did a thorough and efficient job. I highly recommend him and this company. Sheena at the office was also very attentive and helpful!

American NW Plumbing is awesome! My husband and I called to request a consultation with a plumber who could teach us how to winterize our condo. We first talked with Sheena in the office, who assured us that the plumber would be able to tell us everything we needed to know. We were so impressed when Wallace came to our home and walked us through the winterizing process and explained in detail and actually walked us through the steps. After he showed us how to winterize our entire home, he walked us through the steps we would need to follow to open the house back up. He explained what to watch for and told us where we could get the products needed. Wallace was professional and friendly. He spent more than an hour with us and answered all of the questions we had. He checked our water heater, toilets, sinks etc., and told us to please call him if we had any further questions. When we asked how much we owed him, he told us that this was all part of his job. The service given by Wallace and American NW Plumbing was invaluable. We also appreciate the honor given by the company to Service Members, First Responders and older adults. Thank you to Wallace, Sheena, the Owner and all the staff at American NW Plumbing.

Wallace came out and fixed a broken valve for me. Did quick work, was fun to chat with, and was very professional. He made spending the money a more palatable with his conversation. Will 100% use this company and Wallace again for any needs.

I was trying to flush my tankless water heater. Had some issues, so called for help. They sent 2 techs (Val and Zac) to come over. Showed me step by step instructions and flushed system for me at NO charge !! I was super happy with everything and very relieved. Would highly recommend this company to everyone !!

Had a great experience with America NW Plumbing. I heard a whistling sound coming from my water heater and called them on a Sunday late afternoon. They sent Evan, a tech, out the next morning who gave me a quick estimate and was able scheduled me for a replacement water tank the very next day. Evan and his team showed up right on time, were really friendly and were very respectful of my space. They did a great job and I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
