I had a main drain line blockage on a Sunday. Called 4 or 5 places and either they never called back or told me they were not available. Someone at TMG answered right away, told me how much it was going to cost up front, and arrived in about an hour. In an hour the tech "Adam" cleared the blockage. I have a new plumbing company.

Mateo Gonzales again did an awesome job fixing our plumbing. He is kind, very good at his job and arrived within the time frame given. Highly recommend

Today, I had two superheroes come to my house, Matteo and Tyler. I had a bad mainline clog that took a specialized water pressure machine to blast through it and into the street line. Ive never seen equipment like that before and was told many plumbers do not have it. Certainly not my landlords plumber. I would have been in a very bad way if they were not able to fix it, but those gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure all my drains were doing well before they left. In my opinion, TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions went above and beyond. You dont see that kind of service today. I highly recommend them!

TMG Plumbing was fantastic! I had a problem on a Sunday and their technician was at my home within an hour! Danielle was so helpful and efficient! I was so thankful for Justin, the technician. He was knowledgeable, kind and left the area spotless. I completely recommend this company!

What can I say, when you have sewage backing up into your house you want help right away and you want the people who show up to be capable and experienced.
TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions were extremely professional, both on the phone and in person. The technicians (Mateo and Adam) were very conscious and diligent and got right to work.
I was very grateful when they were able to clear the blockage.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This company is the absolute best. Danielle was so helpful with my water damage situation. I was completely clueless and had no idea where to turn or what to do, and she helped guide me through the entire thing. This whole team is absolutely elite. I cannot recommend them enough. 100% a go to for any type of housing issue!

Highly recommend this company..Tyler Gonzalez came to do an estimate on my broken pipe, gave me estimate and started work the same day. Chad and his crew did an amazing job of excavation to find the water pipe. Justin and Adam the plumbers did an excellent job of installing the new pipe to the house. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. They all kept me informed of what they needed to do before doing the job. Highly recommended.

We woke up this morning to a large amount of water in our basement after the big rain storm we just had. So we called TMG just before 5 AM and before I knew it Tyler and his amazing crew were here getting the job done.
TMG's punctuality, professionalism, very fair pricing and customer service was beyond our expectations so we are getting Tyler and his crew to come back to install a sump pump. Will definitely call TMG again.

Mateo came at 9:30 on a Sunday night! We had a lake in the basement! He did a through job tracing lines, comming up with a plan, and finding the broken pipe. He walked me through every step and explained to me through every step. Stayed until he was satisfied he made the correct and only repair. I wont think twice about calling him again for any plumbing needs! I wish I could give him more stars

TMG handled a huge water damage, mold remediation, & rebuild job in Montville, CT for me recently. I cant say enough about how great this company is to work with. Not only were they able to help with the emergency call in the middle of the night but TMG also handled the insurance process for rebuild so we could get the home back to normal ASAP! Having a contractor in this industry that can handle things from start to finish is what sets TMG apart from the rest. They truly are a one stop shop for all things water, fire, and mold! From start to finish! While shopping around for a specialist in this field, it was brought to my attention that most of the local companies could help with the immediate clean up etc but not with the repairs since they arent licensed plumbers. PS- Brandy was an absolute doll to deal with in the office. She made the process as easy as it could be for what could be considered difficult times. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have this awesome team helping me through a tricky situation.
