I've been doing work with Icy Hot for several years now. I just had my fall maintenance done by Tim, who was a newer tech with the group. He was simply fantastic. When he found a problem he didn't just quickly point it and give a price. Instead, he took the time to show me the issue, and only recommend a fix. When I decided to go with the fix, he put on a master class on the unit, and really took pride in showing his client the difference in the system.

Franky is a very professional technician. I had a problem with the upstairs air conditioning, where my kids sleep, and it was extremely hot. I gave his company a call after hours praying someone would pick up, but not really expecting anyone to, and he picked up, showed empathy to the fact it was my kids being effected, and showed up fixed the drain pan. I cant thank him and his company enough. Its really good to see compassion come back after having bad experiences with other companies.

What can I say! Good customer service is difficult to find now a days. They were very respectful and very knowledgeable.
These 2 persons were detailed and treated my 2 systems as if they were working on their own devices.
A new part needed to be replaced and re-installed due to poor quality of work when installed in 2018 on one system.
The price was reasonable for what needed to be done.
Thank you Icy Hot.. my HVAC units have found a new guardian.

Honest, Knowledgeable, and No High-Pressure Sales Tactics. I highly recommend Icy Hot Heating and Air. They did a thorough diagnostic of my heat pump, explaining everything as they did so and saving me some money in the process. Discovered Icy Hot in 2019 and have been with them ever since. They have never come up short answering calls, scheduling timely appointments or getting service jobs done without issue. Based on my own service experience I find their service pricing to be very fair. When a fan motor failed post covid and parts were scarce they put in the time to track down a new motor and got it installed within a few days. I highly recommend Frankie and his crew.

I use them for my laundromat. I cant say enough good things about them. I deal with Frank and he is the best. Its very important that my customers are comfortable while they do their clothes. I just call and they come right away and fix everything at a reasonable price. Very trustworthy. You wont go wrong in using them.

Great experience with Icy Hot! My 25 year old upstairs heat stopped working. I had a couple of other places come look at it and they were actually stumped.
They didnt know what was wrong with it. Frankie from Icy Hot came by took a look and within 20 minutes provided me with a temporary affordable solution to get me through the winter.
I will need to eventually replace the whole system and I definitely will be going through these pros again. Thank you for your honest work! Highly recommend Icy Hot!

Awesome service. The Icy hot team came out to my house and installed a new system quickly and efficiently. Very clean and neat with the electrical wiring and piping system from the heat pump to the handle. Frankie is such a stand-up guy. Called on a Monday to have him come out and quote us for a new heat-pump system, showed up Tuesday morning on-time (actually a couple minutes early). Took his time analyzing what we needed, did not oversell us on extra's, recommended long-lasting & easy to repair equipment (validated with consumer reports and other sources), had a quote to us the next day, and could schedule within the week. Very honest guy...no pressure sales. Highly recommended.

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had the upstairs system replaced 10 years ago, and the downstairs finally replaced yesterday after 28 years. Frankie is always there when he says he will be and always does what he says he will do. The installation crew worked 13 hours straight to get the job done. The work looks professional, and the site was cleaned up spotless. I highly recommend Icy Hot Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone!

I cannot say enough about Frankie and the manner in which he corrected my heating problem! I was certain that I probably needed to replace my whole unit and after Frankie came over, he diagnosed the problem quickly and had me up and running in no time at all. Icy Hot (Frankie) very well could have taken me for a great amount of money, but his honest nature and trustworthy business practice showed otherwise!
