I hired this company to clean my AC coils on a rental unit in Jacksonville. The technician was fantastic and texted me picture updates throughout the process. My renter said the tech was very nice and fast, and even came to the appointment early (a rarity now adays). Plus this company was SIGNIFICANTLY more reasonably priced than other companies who quoted me (no exaggeration, it came out to about 20% of the price other companies gave me). I am extremely satisfied with the service and will only use this company for my AC needs moving forward.

This is the best HVAC company I have dealt with in the last 10 years. Mark with Air Tolentino came out same day. Didn’t up charge me on anything. Dispelled most of the lies previous techs told me from bigger companies (who need to pay for inflated overhead), and fixed my issue in 30 mins with zero hassle or sales pitch. Mark was so helpful. He fixed my issue immediately and offered a unique solution for a longer term problem I have that I never heard before. Most HVAC companies want to charge you for services you don’t actually need. Mark comes out to do actual work and fix your issue for the most fair price possible. Do yourself a favor and have Mark over.

Great experience. Honest and upfront with what the problem actually is and didn't try to pressure us to spend unnecessary money on a old unit for quick fixes unlike other companies have.

I have to start out by saying Thank you Mark. My grandparents live in a gated 55 and older community. Yesterday(Saturday) their ac went out. They called the community air guy 3 times not a single call back. They then proceeded to call 3 other companies, only to find a voicemail box. I called Mark myself and not only was he there in 45 minutes but he fixed their AC within the hour. I have the utmost respect for someone who could have ignored the call till Monday but instead stepped up to help an elderly couple in need. Thank you again. It meant the world to them and myself.
