Experience rating is 10/10 from plot measurement with Bob, estimate based on fence design specifications with Kaitlyn, questions regarding contract with Emily, Cassidy, layout process with Wayne, to installation with Chris (foreman) and crew was top notch. Everyone was courteous, personable, knowledgeable and professional. They even assist with HOA approvals in certain communities including mine and assit in obtaining permits where applicable. They made the whole process seamless and finished product was excellent. Will highly recommend to anyone.

Affordable pricing, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Even when a correction was needed (due to my own oversight), they handled it promptly and fairly without charging an arm and a leg. Im completely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend their services.

Ive been a homeowner in 3 different states of our country during the 37 years of my marriage. For each of those homes I hired private contractors to accomplish projects for both interior jobs and exterior jobs. Pierce Fence Company is not the first fence contractor Ive used, but Pierce Fence Company is by far a superior fence contractor. From my first interaction with Cassidy, an Inside Team Member, I realized how exceptional this company is. She thoroughly explained their product, the project details, and the additional services they can provide to attain HOA approval (if Id prefer to have them obtain that approval for me). By the time I drove home, a thorough quote was emailed to me with pictures! With such exceptional communication, naturally my husband and I hired them for our fence project. Then, Inside Team Member, Emily was the next to interact with me. She worked with me regarding the scheduling of our project, and when we had some delays due to HOA red tape she kept me in the loop, again exceptional communication skills. Thankfully, Pierce Fence Companys Inside Team was ultimately able to obtain the HOA approval, and we were able to move forward. Next, Wayne came to our property, as he does the layout aspect of our project. He did not rush us through the meeting or merely measure the length of each section of our backyard that was to be fenced in. He spent time with us as we were determining the best section of our area that would accommodate a double gate. He was professional and personable, and his role helped us to choose the right area to have the double gate installed. We now had a real visual of the boundaries of our backyard and were excited for the project to begin. The Install Team arrived at our home early on the day of installation. It was a hot day, and we have no shade in our backyard, so the men were in direct sunlight throughout the day. I watched them work and interact with each other. They were respectful and systematically executed the installation all in one day! Chris, Donnie, and Bill, I applaud you! Your dedication and professionalism were visible to us in your actions and in the finished project we love our fence! When our adult daughter asked for recommendation for a fence contractor, we obviously recommended Pierce Fence Company. I described the exceptional experience we had and explained that Pierce Fence Company is a family-run business that offers their customers not only a beautiful, finished product but every team member executes their job in an exceptional manner. She hired them and experienced the validity of my comments. Pierce Fence Company is a small family business with a work ethic that all businesses, both small and large, would benefit from. Drew and his crew arrived mid afternoon, took inventory of shipped components, discovered something was missing. Old fence was removed in about 1 1/2 hours. Came back next day, installed new fence. After installed, fence was leveled. Crew was efficient, workmanship was fantastic!

Pierce Fence Customer service was outstanding!!! Highly recommend. Gave phone calls when they were delivering the materials and coming to actually put my fence up. The girls at the office very nice and able to answer all my questions. Chris and his team put my fence up in 1 day. And I am very happy with the end result !!!

Jose with Pierce Fence did an excellent job and made sure we were happy every step of the process. He led his team professionally and was very confident in his abilities. We could tell Jose did things the right way without taking short cuts and our fence turned out beautifully. We would recommend him and Pierce Fence to anyone looking for a reputable fence company.

We have just purchased our home and knew that a fence was priority for us. We didnt have a small yard, almost an acre we wanted fenced. We are so happy we chose pierce. We first called in April, and had our fence up July 7th, even with the weather delays I thought this was really good. The quality of the fence is fantastic. I had white vinyl split rail and 6 foot privacy fence placed. And on the day of install we clearly needed to add one more panel of privacy fence, pierce was able to have someone drive it from Dover to north of Middletown so we could stay on schedule (seriously THANK YOU). Our lead installer, Jose, cannot recommend him enough. We ran into a few issues when the utility company did not mark our internet and we unfortunately cut the wire along with a mystery wire. Jose and I walked the whole perimeter and turned into detectives until we could figure out what happened. Pierce helped manage the situation and my internet was back on the next day. Jose is meticulous, triple checking his work and making sure everything was installed correctly and still had the great curve appeal. I cannot recommend this company enough, between the kind installers and the fantastic office workers answering every question I had(shout out Emily, Kaitlyn, and Janice) my mind was at ease. Pierce fence is amazing. So easy to work with and they keep you informed during the entire project. With the current inflation on everything I wasn't sure I could afford a new fence. I was shocked when I received the quote, it was extremely lower than I expected. There is no way any other company would be able to beat their cost.
