Orion was so knowledgeable and helpful with our frustrating garage door situation. He explained everything thoroughly and I never felt pressured to pay anything more than our service fee. He took his time repairing our doors and letting us test them out before leaving. He was fabulous! Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or service.

Our garage door needed to be replaced as it was not functional. I called A+ and they came out, assessed the damage and provided a quote in the same day. They also provided a temporary fix to allow the door to open and close. They provided a reasonable price for the door and labor, threw in new trim replacement and provided a military discount on the door. When the door was ordered, they came back and removed the old door, adjusted the location of the motor for smoother operation, installed the new door, added trim that had a great seal, and disposed of the old door. This is truly A+ service! Not too mention a warranty included as well!

I called A+ last night because the spring on my garage door opener broke and they told me they would send somebody out the next morning. The next morning at 7:45 AM Kasey Hawks was calling to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He replaced both springs in no time at all and had my garage door opening better than it ever has before.

Fantastic experience with Rich Ford and A+ Garage Doors! Theyve were able to be at my house in about an hour after calling for help and Rich was super friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything he saw, explaining how things worked, which I appreciated. He did the repairs quickly and even took some time to talk about a new door since mine, he discovered, is 30+ years old. Highly recommend!

A Plus came the very next day after my garage spring broke. They sent Kasey who was very friendly & professional. He was prompt & communicated very well. Im giving a 5 star because of Kasey. The only reserve I have is the cost to replace the spring was $438 which seemed high, I will definitely get more bids in the future.

A Plus Garage Doors has helped us repair two garage doors and replaced our current one due to damage. Theyve been able to send someone out very quickly to assess our needs, and they have made sure our garage door is operable before they leave. This time we ordered a new garage door and opener. They kept us updated throughout the process since it was a custom door and they had to order it. It is now installed and it is stunning!
