I have used this company to install my new AC/Heater in 2013, and recently I called them when my heater started having problems. Every once in a while, it wouldnt turn on. Eugene came over the same day I called him. At first there was a problem getting the error code because the heater kept turning on, like there was nothing wrong with it. But Eugene stayed for over an hour until the heater finally didnt turn on, and gave him the error codes. He replaced the faulty sensor, and the problem was solved. Highly recommend this company.

I called ace maybe 6 years ago to replace my condenser during the middle of a heat wave and they came out to see me the very next day and while I was a little worried about what the cost to replace the unit would be, they charged me a very fair price.
This time my fan motor died and even though I called them late on Monday, they still found a way to see me on Tuesday (again in the middle of a heatwave). They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day (they had to replace the fan motor). They didnt try to upsell me to a new furnace, they just fixed the problem I had. Very honest and clear communication the whole time. I highly recommend if you need HVAC help.

My AC wasnt blowing any air, and I noticed the pipes in the closet were completely frozen. I called this company around 11 AM, and by 2 PM, Joe arrived. He inspected the system and quickly identified a faulty capacitor. He replaced it within 30 minutes, and now the system is working perfectly again.
