These guys are great! After my initial call, a tech came pretty quickly and resolved the issue. They were very professional and finished the job relatively quickly. Also, they were very reasonably priced! Saved their # in my phone and will definitely use them again!

Excellent service!! My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment at my convenience for the same day. The locksmith phoned to let me know when he would be arriving. He explained what he would have to do to replace the door handle and lock on the outside door and repair the lock on the inside door. He was very helpful and gave me choices at different price points. He did a great job and even cleaned up after he finished. The person that I spoke with to make the appointment phoned me afterwards to find out if I was satisfied with the service. Both that gentleman and the gentleman that resolved my lock issues were so pleasant and personable. It was a very good and refreshing experience to receive such great service!! I am more than satisfied and would certainly call them again if I want or need locksmith services in the future. I highly recommend this service!!

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit me in. Speedy service and ample follow up until the locksmith arrived. He was super courteous and professional. Was in and out in less than. 30 minutes. I will definitely be using their services again and I also highly recommend!! Thanks Eddie and Sons!!

My lock was frozen shut. Eddie and sons sent someone, and within 20 mins the tech was here. Took him about 10 mins to fix it. Very professional and their dispatcher made sure to keep me calm while I waited with my baby outside. Highly recommended! Gave Matthew the tech a well-deserved $15 tip.

Called very late like 12 am and they came in about 30 mins. The price was really jacked up probably because of the time that I called. But they let you pay in venmo or debit card. Pretty professional people.

I was in Brooklyn after a concert on New years eve. I called a few companies before I called these guys and no one else answered the phone. The technician came a lot faster then I thought he would. The office checked up on me to make sure the technician had contacted me and to make sure he had arrived on time. When Jordan arrived he gave me a fair price to make my key for my 2016 ford explorer after I agreed to pay for the key he was quickly done and I was on my way. After the guy left the office called me back to make sure everything went well with the tech. If it wasn't for these guys my rental car would have surely been towed by the morning. everyone I dealt with when I called this company was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again if I need a locksmith again.
