Scott and his team did a fantastic job. He even sent a guy 2 hours one way to confirm a few measurements prior to pouring the next morning at 5am and didnt charge us a dime. One of the few guys these days that does what he says. Highly recommend!

I had no experience with metal building construction.
The job site is 4 hours from my house my work schedule kept me from traveling up for a face to face.
I purchased a General Steel 30x46 workshop kit for a great price. However, I had difficulty finding a builder that could handle all the missing pieces like placement, dirt work, and concrete since there were several challenges and the delivery window and timing was tight.

I explained to Scott what I was looking for in building placement, driveway and sidewalks.
He dialed in a perfect solution on all accounts with maximum utility and best cost for concrete plan. Scotts experience and work ethic, reflected by his team, were critical to finishing the workshop on schedule and on budget despite some delays on parts from General Steel. My neighbors gave me comments on how fast and efficient Scotts team operated.

I highly recommend Scott and team and plan to use him in the future. The only change I would make is to start new projects with Scott from concept and planning stages of project before buying a building.

They are very meticulous on every detail making sure We are completely happy. Honestly we have never worked with such a great group and we are so excited about our building. I cant wait to post pics when our building is done. They are building us a fabulous house and I guarantee it will be awsome! I have worked with Scott and his crew for the past 10 years. Scott is always a straight shooter and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done right the first time. We have completed about 15 projects together worth 10's of Millions in total budget. If there is a job anywhere near his radius of work he is always the first person I reach out to. Every customer is always pleased with how efficient and professional he is on a job site. If you have a project I have zero reservations recommending Texas Metals.
