When our basement flooded last summer, we happened to find 1-800 Water Damage, and they took excellent care of us. When it flooded again for a different reason this spring, we had no hesitation and knew exactly whom to call. Even in the middle of the night, 1-800 Water Damage sent out a team to clean the area and contain the damage. On the remediation side, Paul Glants and his team worked with us and handled everything, dealing with the insurance company and making sure everything was taken care of.

On the rebuild side, Sid Sarin and his team did excellent work and transformed our (previously finished) basement from devastation to the beautiful, cozy family room it had once been. If you have any water damage, I promise you will not regret using 1-800 Water Damage of Newtown :)

I am so thoroughly pleased with my experience with this company. We came home one evening and it was raining in the living room due to a problem with our toilet line, which is nothing anyone wants to see! Paul and his mitigation team responded promptly and were extremely professional and courteous in drying out our space. The rebuild manager, Sid, explained the rehab process every step of the way, managed negotiations with our insurance company, acted as liaison with the workers onsite, and was genuinely helpful, empathetic, and supportive at every turn. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely A+. So grateful to have had these folks at our side during this restoration process. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sid Sarin & his team. From Paul & team with the restoration to Fabricio & team with the remodeling, it has been professional all the way through. Sid was very communicative throughout the entire process. This was a major water/sewage event that affected the main floor of my home right at Christmas. Even while we were out of state, 1-800 Water Damage of Newtown kept me up to date with all of the steps we were going through.

I was able to text Sid on his personal cell phone over the weekends & he responded right away! Despite all of the issues that could delay this restoration process, Sid was able to keep this process moving very quickly & transparently. There were a lot of moving parts to this, but it was handled with white glove service throughout every step for my experience. Thank you very much!!

1-800 Water Damage has been amazing, very professional. In particular, Dave came in this afternoon and after he and his partner had taken their measurements and removed some of their equipment, Dave went above and beyond by helping me with an electrical, computer problem that had frustrated me for hours and took him a few minutes to figure out. I shouldn't have even asked him to help me with it but I did and he obliged. I was so relieved and grateful for that extra added assistance he gave this senior citizen. What a great team! After a recent home renovation we had water damage due to a punctured heating pipe. Needless to say this was especially frustrating since our home was newly painted etc. When we contacted 1-800 Water Damage of Newtown the phone was answered promptly and a representative came to our home immediately and answered all of our concerns/questions. The work was started right away and finished thoroughly, cleanup was more than we expected. Jeff is a true professional, and wonderful to work with. He created and executed a plan to remove mold from the corner of a client's basement. Jay and Fabian were fantastic. They came out on a Sunday and stuck with us for 2 weeks for remediation of a large amount of water damage (2nd story down to the basement). Wish I could give more stars. After hurricane Ian Jeff and team made the long trip to SW Florida to help local residents. Our villa was almost a complete loss, but thanks to 800-water helping us so quickly we were able to salvage most of the walls/foundation.
