Work was done good my only problem was communications but they fixed that and all is well. The work was done well but I had to call them back to finish the clean up.

Excellent company & outstanding, efficient work. David was on-site within 36 hours of us calling to report a mold issue we found in our basement. He provided a thorough and detailed estimate and explained our issues without fear-mongering us like the restoration company (Phoenix) we had initially contacted. Being able to talk through the steps of the remediation and cleaning process put us at ease and gave us confidence we were making the right decision. By providing a line-item estimate, we knew exactly where our money was going and weren't left wondering if the project may ultimately be go over budget. Once it came time for the service, Jason and Tarren (sp?) were great to work with. Very helpful and walked us through the steps one final time. Now that the work has been completed, we can focus on re-building our basement. We would 10/10 recommend David and this company for any/all future needs. Thanks again!

When water came up from our sewer drain and soaked the carpet in our downstairs and other items Taryn came in and did a very professional job. He was very polite and courteous. Then when Taryn and Jason came back to pick up the equipment that we rented from them for the drying process they were both very informative and very helpful. Called 1-800 Water Damage of Kansas City North on a Saturday morning after discovering more than an inch and half of water in my basement from a broken toilet supply line. They answered right away and arrived on time after completing another job. They were able to remove all the water and set up their equipment to get things drying in less than 2 hours. The guys were professional, nice, and explained things in a way that made sense and what would happen next. Theyve been back a couple times to take out flooring and materials that werent savable and check moisture levels. Overall, Im extremely happy with this company and would definitely recommend to anyone needing their help, whether emergency or not.

Can't even begin to tell you how exceptional this company was to work with. They really showed up in big way for my family on one of our worst days. Absolutely phenomenal interaction with this company, I'm a renter and have only so far met with this company for an assessment. The property management company has been slightly disorganized and difficult to deal with, luckily after not being informed of the time I would meet with 1-800-WATERDAMAGE , I gave their office a call, they got everything in order and the visit was great! Very knowledgeable. I was so relieved to hear descriptions/information that was exactly what an environmental company I personally hired had advised me of. We had a flooding event in our home that severely damaged our family room, and caused major havoc in the basement below. We discovered the damage, of course, on a weekend in the evening. They were immediately available after hours and were so professional, helpful, and reassuring. Dave and his team were amazing in my time of stress. New carpet installed Thursday, moved in Friday, Sump pump fail on Tuesday... basement and new carpet soaked. Dave is very responsive and reassuring even with me in tears on the other end of the phone. His team was great in walking me through the process and getting things cleaned up!

Jason did a terrific job. I am very pleased with how good the carpets look. Even the stairway with the light colored Berber turned out good. He cleaned the vents too. So glad to have it done right.
