These guys were great. Sales/quote was very thorough and informative, good communication and follow-through on rebate applications. As for install, the crew of 4 or 5 worked well together, showed up on time, answered my questions, knocked out my retrofoam install in 6 or 7 hours, did a respectable job cleaning up afterward, and I can't even tell which pieces of siding they removed.

Great crew - great work! Professional and reliable from bid to finished job. I had a really rough start trying to find a local company that would show up to look and actually provide straight answers and a solid bid. It was overwhelming and stressful.

We hired Retrogreen Energy to complete a retro installation of foam insulation in our existing walls. We have an old house with orignal newspaper insulation that was just not cutting it to keep us warm in MN winters.

The crew completing the installation was very professional and communicated well with me throughout the day. It took just over half a day to complete the work from arrival to completed cleanup. We have cedar shakes as siding, and after the installation, we could hardly tell the work had been done.

The difference after having RetroGreen insulate our home was dramatic. We could tell the same day that we could hear less outside noise, and our heating requirements dropped significantly. Worth every penny!!!

Everyone associated with this project was professional and pleasant from the owner who provided the initial overview and quote to the crew who worked in the hottest weather of the summer to complete my project on time. It was a sizable investment in my 1949 home. I immediately noticed the reduction in outside noise and an improvement on what was a drastic difference in temperatures between main level and second story.

We had insulation installed in the ceiling of our loft space. Work had to be done from the inside. Everything was great! Good communication, good crew, timely, efficient, neat worksite, cleaned up at end. We've noticed an improvement already in the energy conservation upstairs. Highly recommend.

They gave me a very clear and detailed estimate. The work they did was great, and everyone I dealt with was helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

These guys did an absolutely fantastic job. From the initial visit all the way to post-install cleaning up, where every last crumb of foam from the installation was policed up. After it was installed, they spent the time to show me where it was installed and provided me with a way to download and access the FLIR images. The on-site foreman walked me through where everything was installed and explained that my house was pretty much empty when it came to insulation between the outside walls and the studs; there was literally no insulation whatsoever between the studswith the post FLIR Images I was able to see where the foam insulation was pumped in, basically, I went from zero to hero in regards to my overall R factor in my home. He also explained that I would most likely be able to feel the difference immediately. And believe it or not, I was immediately able to feel the difference. When I had the insulation installed, it was a sweltering day here in Minnesota, the following day was just as hot. However, my air conditioner definitely ran much less than the previous day, before the installation. I will be keeping a close eye on my heating and air conditioning bills moving forward just to see exactly how much money I save between the years without the insulation versus now.

Got my garage insulation project done quickly and did a great job - and I can tell the insulation is working well! I hear my heater running a lot less already, despite the weather the last few days. Great work!

Our house was done in the beginning of January and I waited to leave a review so I could see how much money we are saving on our heating costs and I can say there has definitely been a savings there. We are very happy that Retro Green was able to help us with our Insulation in our Roof/attic and our exterior walls.
Having an older home, things were not as they should have been. Lack of insulation as well as lack of venting in the attic caused many issues. Having very little insulation in the walls as well, made for a cold house in the winter and hot in the summer!! The furnace and fireplace seemed to never shut off and the AC was the same!!
I highly recommend them as they are very easy to work with and the guys that do the work are very professional. Any question I had, they answered without any hesitation. They know their stuff!!
We are excited to see our propane bill be lower this year!!

We hired RetroGreen Energy to help us come up with a sound proofing plan for a spin studio in a busy office complex. We executed the plan and the final results were better than we anticipated. We have zero transfer of sound out of the workout rooms, even when the stereo system is turned all the way up. We will defiantly be using RetroGeen Energy again in the future! This comes just a few days after the work was done, but very happy with the Work RetroGreen did for us. They took out all the old insulation, and foam sealed where it needed, and then blew in new insualtion. They also took care of a couple other little issues that needed repair. They said we gained about 30% efficiency, which they said was good. It's summer now, so we will see how well it works in the future, but for now, i'm very pleased with the work done.

They installed foam insulation in our walls. Did an excellent job. Did the whole project in 1.5 days on the day they said they were going to do it and on budget. All employees were extremely considerate and answered any questions we had. Would recommend this company to anyone. Great job. Kelly

Due to a cancellation I was able to get the install months before scheduled. The crew was fast, efficient and swore like sailors. The insulation effect was noticeable the first day with the main floor not as cold and the floor didn't have the usual cold spots.
Communication on what the job entailed and when it was to begin was well communicated before install day.

Great job, from initial contact, thru energy audit, quote, and install. Every question I had was answered and explained. Paul and crew were on time, courteous, and did an awesome job! We had a few "problem areas", and they were taken care of on the same day. House is noticably quieter and temps inside are more even. Haven't had to run the furnace since they were here, but the AC definitely doesn't run as much as before! Now, can't wait to see how the house does this winter! The crew led by Paul was on time and extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. The work they did, taking out the old attic insulation and replacing it with foam and blown in insulation was amazing. I am completely impressed by their workmanship and professionalism. My wife was excited with the cleanliness of the project. We would have to say JOB WELL DONE.

We contacted Home Advisors who gave us 3 companies to contact for adding insulation to our home. RetroGreen had their "act" together and after doing an energy audit of our house, Paul pointed out the areas where we were lacking sufficient insulation and air leaks. Sam came and took the measurements and gave us a quote. We had to wait longer than we liked to have the work done but have found out that the busy contractors are usually the ones that do the best job. Cody brought the crew in yesterday (half hour earlier than we were told). They went right to work and vacuumed out the old insulation and sealed the areas that leaked, built boxes around fixtures that stuck up into attic. and made a frame around ladder going into attic. Then they sprayed R-60 cellulose insulation into attic, making sure the ventilation needed was there. They cleaned the work area up including the ladder. I highly recommend RetroGreenEnergy
