I need to be completely transparent that we have never hired this company for our Lock needs but they earn a 5 star review for the sheer joy they bring to my son with their purple vans. Someone in our neighbourhood works for this company and parks their work van in the alley. Our 3 year old asks to go visit the purple van at least 2-3 times a day. It is pure unbridled joy in this kids face to see this van daily. If on the chance our neighbour has already left for work, our son will ask to go visit it later since it's "working". Should we ever need lock assistance we will be calling them base on their other business reviews but seriously we cannot thank you enough for the joy you bring our 3 year old every day!

Great service. Richard came out to my place on short notice when I had left my house keys back in Edmonton. My doorlock has a tricky locking mechanism that ties into the handle so we needed to drill into the lock, but Richard went above and beyond and even offered to replace the the lock free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Absolute phenomenal experience!
I had a terrible experience with another company. Dominic from Richter came and saved me. He got here in 15 minutes flat, got my door open in 2 seconds and was extremely kind enough not to charge me because of my "cute little baby" and because of the terrible experience I had with the other company, leaving me stranded for 3 hours before telling me they were fully booked and couldn't help me until morning. But couldn't tell me that during my initial call 3.5hrs prior.

I am blessed to have had these guys show up for an emergency situation, being locked out of the house and needing medication and care for the new pups. They stayed in contact and even were able to come 2 hours earlier and were able to get me in very quickly, with zero damage and no issues. I highly recommend this company.

Richter was amazing! After we got broken into, our doors and locks needed replacing. Richter was right there! They not only fixed our locks and doors. They stayed with us to reassure us that the doors were good and all locks were good to go! Fantastic job guys! We rest easy now, knowing that we are all locked and safe. We can not thank you enough.
