I have got arround 4 quotes from different companies this company was in the middle the salesman had explained it nicely but when the people came to work they did what they wanted to do including pillar positions. the manager on duty says he's doing this job for 20 years with the same company and he knows more than a salesman! the salesman talk about fixing the grout cracks the people just put the patches on top of the cracked grout they did not clean it or took the old grout out nothing this is not how you fix grout and on the pillars they put one and a half to two foot regular iron metal rod and bunch of metal Square to balance the house. While filling up the whole they just left bunch of dirt on top of it they feel the hole with the water first and the dispatch half of the soil in the corner of my backyard. This was my first time doing foundation repair and I am sure this is not the right way of doing it.

I was very happy with the time Ryan Williams took to answer all of my questions and help me understand the issues facing my home. Once work commenced, I was impressed with the speed and work ethic of the crew. After work was completed, the guys cleaned up the yard and returned things to as close to normal as possible.

Overall, a very good experience with Stratum and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs some foundation work.

Great staff, reasonable price and great job. Stratum did the foundation repair on my home and it was job well done! The staff was great to work with and they pay attention to every detail from beginning to the end. When they are done, they clean up everything and make your house looked the same way before they started the job.
Since they did a wonderful job on my home, I had to get them to work on one of my other properties. Both properties was nicely done and they try everything to make the whole process seamless. If anyone needs foundation repair, I highly recommend Stratum.
