High Bridge Development added an egress window to our basement and it turned out wonderful. Cassidy and crew are very knowledgeable about the project theyre working on and keep a clean space and complete the projects in reasonable timelines. Cassidy and the entire high Bridge crew ( special shout out to Jeremy) not only met but exceeded my expectations throughout a wide ranging project with many unexpected challenges. From first meeting to final walk through Cassidy listened, offered his expert input and worked collaboratively to assure the best experience and outcome.
My project was wide ranging from fencing, reconfiguring the deck, gutter issues, replacing flooring to a complete kitchen remodel . As with any project there were bumps in the road but Cassidy quickly worked to minimize the impact. When there was an electrical fire (not their fault) he came over in the early morning hours and helped to get all of the various professionals needed to our house quickly and working to get the many problems addressed. Cassidy also was there to rescue us when my dog locked himself in the car (long story)
Throughout, the High Bridge team was prompt, addressed any concerns, professional, thoughtful and seemed invested in their work. Must also acknowledge Karen Stewart at Century who worked her magic in the kitchen
Throughout cost was explained and transparent. Options were explored with pros and cons explained
