I would definitely call EasyFix again, and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair. I had a great experience with the service I received from them. I called them on Saturday and they answered right away. They set up an appointment for me on Monday. They showed up promptly at 9:00 am. The technician, Dmytro, figured out the problem very quickly. He told me the price (which I thought was very reasonable), and said the part would take 2-3 days to get, which was fine. A couple of hours later, I got a call from him saying he could be back in half an hour to change the part. I was very happy, as the laundry was starting to pile up. He changed the part in a few minutes, and now I have a working washing machine again. Dmytro did a great job! Thank you!

I cant say enough good things about Tim, the technician who recently repaired my washer. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understandno jargon, no upselling, just honest, expert advice.

10/10 service. I received a phone call about 10 minutes after submitting a request for a quote and they sent a technician within 3 hours of my phone call. Tim was awesome. He was on time and professional. He explained every step of what he was doing and showed me exactly what was wrong with my dryer. He explained all the available options to me and went above and beyond trying to source the parts. Unfortunately the parts are out of production and are cost prohibitive to source at this point but he was able to do a repair that will at least last until the unit can be replaced. My 26 year old dryer is working again. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Gino was amazing with finding the solution to fix our Miele cooktop. I called EasyFix to get my gas stove repaired. Alex was very knowledgeable, took it apart and diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and came back when the part arrived to do the repairs. very professional and trustworthy. will definately use them again if need be. will never go back to Totem appliance & repair

Very good repair to my dishwasher by Alex. Came and did the diagnosis, ordered the part and returned 3 days later to install the part. Very happy with the service. Haven't experienced what the followup would be like if I have issues as the dishwasher works fine now but I suspect they would also be responsive.
