We recently worked with Nathan Kintz from Homze, and he was fantastic throughout the process. Nathan was likable and hardworking, and he laid out the project clearly from the start. His communication was very good, he always got back to me quickly, no matter the time of day or day of the week. He really set a great tone for what we hope will be a smooth overall experience.

Im now looking forward to seeing how the paint job and gutter installation turn out, and hoping they reflect the same level of attention and quality Nathan brought. I'll update this review with full details once it's done.

Gezan Kengga was the Homze rep. who did the initial consultation for a paint job. It was not a 10 minute fly around the property. It was a detailed and thorough question and answer period which led to the final bid. That bid was not the lowest or the most extreme: the reason I went with Homze was the initial consultation.
The painting exceeded my expectations. I wish the contractors had been more careful with my shrubs, but I know they will come back- and besides, the paint job is so beautiful.

We just got a new rooftop on our home and it is a beautiful job and look great.the workers was great every day after work they clean all their mess and it only took 2 days. Sam and Carl was great to work with a gave us everything they promise. After the roof was completed Carl came over to Inspect the job and took pictures showed them to us to make sure we were happy. We are on cloud 9. Thanks for a job well executed

AMAZING! Had a roof done less than 4 years ago from another roofing company, who I won't mention here. However, I did get other bids from other roofing contractors/companies and decided to go with a company who was less than a few of the other quotes I received. BIG MISTAKE! After only 6 months I was loading items in my attic and noticed that the mold I had originally had remediated after my roof was completed only 6 months earlier had returned. The issue with that is the roofers I chose said they would fix the ventilation in my attic space...however they obviously did not. They assured me that just adding more box vents would fix the issue, but it didn't. It was obvious as the heat in the attic was just as bad as it was previously, even with the added box vents. So, I called Homze and they came out and explained why the ventilation wasn't done correctly, being that the added box vents was only part of the ventilation system as airflow is the key. After also learning they were certified through the manufacturer which gave me a warranty backed by the manufacturer and not the contractor (which the contractor I used 4 years earlier did not honor their warranty), along with a thorough inspection and several other components the others didn't discuss, I decided to have Homze tear off my roof and install a new one. I couldn't be happier. Excellent service from beginning to end. Its been 8 months and my attic space is cool as promised and NO MORE MOLD!! I waited this long to write the review to be sure all worked as promised...and it does! I would highly recommend. A++++++

Homze was a pleasure to work with! Victor was our flooring rep. He came out and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new flooring project we have planned for this year. They had a wide assortment of flooring samples to choose from, in many different colors. We went with a stunning white oak LVP for our kitchen and dining room. We were so excited that they didnt have a long wait time for the flooring material. Our floors are set to be installed soon, and we can hardly wait to see our new floors!

We had a great experience working with the guys at Homze, and we highly recommend them to everyone! The sales rep was very knowledgeable, courteous, and not even slightly pushy or high pressure. Victor was very polite and respectful, and took his time explaining everything in great detail so we better understand how the entire project will unfold. He helped me outline a clear project plan and guided me in finding the most cost-effective way to get the job done within my budget. I dont often write a recommendation but I do rely on others experiences with companies when I am contemplating using their services. My experience with this company was 5 star plus in all steps of my process with them. First and foremost was a gentleman named Gus who spent 2.5 hours with my husband and myself. He inspected our roof and attic. He took pictures for us to see the condition for ourselves. After this, Gus spent time exploring our needs and wants in this plan. Having our carpet replaced with LVP by Homze was the best decision! Gus was amazing and our installers were quick, efficient, and finished well ahead of schedule. The floors are beautiful and I could not be happier! The best part is that they were able to get it scheduled almost immediately after we first met with Gus! 10/10 would recommend to others!

Had a consultation with Carl regarding having my siding done and it was great. He arrived when he was supposed to and we got started right away. He was polite and professional and very thorough and he explained everything beforehand. After a brief walk around my house explaining how things worked and seeing the state of my current ugly 80s vinyl siding, he took some photos and put them into an app that generated some images of what my house could like like with new siding. It was pretty cool. We went inside to discuss the options and looked at the images. I was pleased with results and it was nice to see what it could be like. He explained everything every step of the way. When it was time to make a decision, he was gracious. (Id explained that I might not be able to do the project soon as I have some issues looming on the horizon for me.). He was cool about it and generated a quote which was extremely thorough and was itemized. He was accepting of my situation and worked to provide possible solutions. Im confident that if I can make it work Ill work with this company. Carl did everything right AND even my cats liked him. Im looking forward to being able to make my house look better. Overall I was glad Id agreed to meet with him and I hope to be able to do this project when its possible.

Fantastic team! Had a consultation a couple days after asking for a quote. I unfortunately forgot the gentleman's name but he was amazing and tried everything he could to help me get financial approval. I couldn't do anything at that time but their product seem top teir and the upfront communication was great. This was the sample shown to me that was the best fit for what I was going for i loved it so much can't wait to save up to get it installed.

For my first home improvement project, a friend recommended Homze and I was glad I went with them. I wanted to replace the carpet in one of the rooms in my home and they did an excellent job on the whole job. Their communication was clear and professional and I loved that they handled all aspects of the install, from ordering the materials to installation. I love our new flooring and I highly recommend looking into them for any flooring projects!

The floors look great. Transitions looks great. Overall good job. The baseboards look horrible tho. They removed them and put them back on all janky. So Im redoing them myself, I need to peel off all the old caulking, paint the walls and put the baseboards back on and recaulk. But this is a flooring company not a baseboard company. Also, the caulking around the bathtub that they did was not sealed, there are gaps in the caulking. So, I will need to remove it and do it again myself. But the flooring itself looks good.

Homze recently installed flooring in my finished attic space and I'm so happy with the result! They ripped up some supremely ugly, smelly, blue shag carpeting and replaced it with luxury vinyl flooring which looks amazing and will allow me to transform my attic into a far more livable space. Victor was amazing to work with, very kind and patient for which I am deeply grateful. The flooring team was efficient, polite, clean, and dealt with the inevitable problems of trying to install anything new in a very old house with aplomb.

I absolutely recommend Homze if you are looking to upgrade your home. If you've ever had a suboptimal experience with a contractor, you know the headaches and stress it can bring to the home improvement experience. Do yourself a favor and call Homze, you will be so glad you did!!!

Great experience from the first call after my inquiry all the way to completion. The initial caller was super informative and didnt pressure me. The salesman, Gezan was super responsive, honest, transparent and very thorough. Project management was very communicative and responsive as well, and the craftsfolks that showed up to do the work were very pleasant, very thorough, communicative, and did a REALLY good job. Im happy with the end result. My only suggestion for improvement would be to avoid scheduling project starts on Friday unless work can continue over the weekend. Had I known that we wouldnt have had work completed on the weekend days, I would have asked for a start date closer to the start of the week - the house was torn up for longer than anticipated. And even that wasnt terrible, we lived through it and dont regret getting the work done at all.

Chris Apol helped us select engineered hardwood floors for our upstairs that aligned with what we already installed downstairs, and guided us through how we could make choices to maximize quality and reduce cost. They helped us through the install and follow up afterwards, and felt like they were really on our team. Our crummy carpet is gone and we have great hardwood floors instead.
