I contacted Neighborhood for an emergency repair on a Saturday evening and Mike responded within two hours. After discussing the necessary repairs with me in detail, Mike went above and beyond expectations when he drove nearly an hour away to retrieve a part that was required to make the repair. He responded back to my home around 9:30pm and made the repairs, working until after 11:00pm. Amazing service, and I am grateful for work Mike did to ensure I could use my garage!!
