ROOF EXPRESS

This is a follow-up to our experience with Roof Express, which we hired to inspect our roof and provide evidence to our insurance company that it was in good condition. Our insurer had declined to renew our homeowners' policy due to aerial photos that inaccurately represented the state of our roof. We had previously hired another company to inspect our roof and prepare a report, but the appeal based on that report was unsuccessful.

We then hired Roof Express, despite having low expectations after the initial rejection. Habibi conducted a thorough inspection and created a detailed report with precise descriptions and labeled photos. Although we were skeptical, Habibi assured us that the report would convince our insurance company. After submitting the report, we were pleased to find that our second appeal was successful, and our policy renewal was reinstated.

Our interaction with Abu and Habibi, as well as the positive reviews, has led us to decide that we will return to Roof Express when we need to replace our roof.

We had a great experience with the Roof Express people. Abu and Habibi were extremely helpful with an inspection of our roof and the preparation of a detailed roof inspection report (to be sent to an insurance co.), with photographic documentation, etc. They definitely have expert knowledge of their field, and provided excellent, thoughtful communication and advice during the whole process. We will call them for our next roofing job.

I would give 6 stars if I could for the service from Roof Express. I contacted them when the insurance company claimed there was an issue with my roof. Habibi came out the same day I called, assessed the roof situation, determined it was in good condition and just needed regular maintenance. So, he proposed to prepare an inspection report for a very reasonable price. The report was comprehensive and detailed with amazingly clear photos. Most importantly, it worked! The insurance company is happy and so am I. Habibi was responsive, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He definitely has earned a repeat customer. I will not hesitate to call Roof Express for my roofing needs in the future.

Nav from Roof Express called ahead to confirm our appointment, arrived on time in full safety gear, and spent 20minutes inspecting the entire roof. He identified a couple of cracked flashings, explained exactly why proper ventilation matters, and promptly sent me a folder of inspection photos. When his crew returned for the repair, they worked efficiently under Navs supervision, kept the site clean, and delivered exceptional workmanship. I highly recommend Nav and Roof Express.

They went above and beyond to meet my schedule. They brought in a big team to take on this task. It took them 2 days and 1 hour to complete entire job from removing the old roof, dump the materials, installing the new roof and replaced 3 custom skylights. The finish product was done professionally and looks great!!! They also scheduled for an inspection 2 days later. Roof Express got it down to a science. A+++ Service!!!

We had a pleasure of working with Roof Express and Nav to repair our rotting and poorly built chimneys, skylight framing etc and minor roof maintenance.

I reached out to Roof Express to do a roof inspection for our small HOA complex to see if there were any repairs we should do. They were quick to call back and came by to look at the roof. They noted issues which aligned with what we had known from other contractors. Their quote was reasonable and we went with them because they were pragmatic and didn't suggest us the most expensive options. Nav was also responsive and explained the issues to me clearly.

It took a while for the work to get started due to rain but when they did, they quickly finished everything within a day with a big crew and was not disruptive at all. Nav was patient with us through the process as we had operate with HOA red tape and I didn't have to chase him for responses at all.

How fortunate I was to contact Roof Express for my smallish, somewhat quirky roofing job. In the busy season, other larger companies had no real interest in providing a new roof for me. I could just tell. Not so with Roof Express! They gave me prompt, personable, and excellent service for a new roof. And their price was way, way below other estimates. Can't beat that. Thank you, to the whole gang at Roof Express.

Habibi is a nice and professional guy. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs job gets done professionally.

We had a roof leak caused by solar panel installers that did a poor job on my roof after installing panels. The solar company went out of business so I was not able to have them repair the work.
Luckily I found roof express.
They were the only company that told me they did not need to remove my solar panels to have the roofing repaired. As a result of this, their estimate was much smaller than other estimates by around 50%!
They came and did the work in one day and were very efficient and did a very fine job. They provided me with a 3 year warranty.
I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and would hire them again. I hope I dont need their service again, but I would call them first if I did!

We needed to replace our roof and after getting three quotes chose to work with the team at Roof Express. They were thorough in all of their work, great at communication, and receptive to feedback. I would definitely work with them again in the future if I had another roof to replace.

We called Roof Express to come take a look at our roof and Habibi arrived on time (even early!), brought a ladder, and gave us a detailed workup of our roof, showing us all of the signs to watch for as the roof ages. He was thorough, polite, and took the time to educate us, and was honest that the roof was newer and didn't need any work at this point. He's an honest person, and a pleasure to talk to. Last winter the Bay Area suffered a very intense wet season. Our 3-story 1902 house and its nearly 40 year old steeply pitched roof of asphalt roofing shingles withstood the brunt of this maelstrom but yielded eventually to the torrential rains. Our roof flashing repair/replacement project was so small that the first set of roofers that promised to give a quote did not show up for the initial inspection. The only company that showed up wanted to charge a $400 inspection fee which would be considered a credit towards fixing (or replacing the entire roof) to which I politely declined. Knowing that a small repair if not taken care of immediately can easily snowball into a bigger project, a second set of roof experts were consulted. Out of all the roofers that came to give us their expertise, Habibi of Roof Express was one of the two roofing contractors that were willing to work with us. Not only did this amazing local company come to prioritize our small project and not coerce us into replacing the entire roof, Habibi came personally to inspect the project after it was completed to make sure it was to our complete satisfaction. I hold Habibi and Roof Express with high regard for their professionalism, commitment, honesty, and fully endorse them with no reservations.
