I’m delighted with the roof cleaning job that Randy did. There was a significant build up of black mold that he removed as promised. He was meticulous about protecting our landscaping and cleaning up when the job was done. Scheduling was easy and communication was timely and thorough. I also had him remove mold on two awnings on my lanai and they came out great. I recommended him to a neighbor who will be using him as well. I would recommend him for any external cleaning (house wash, roof wash, gutter cleaning, etc) without reservation.

First Choice did a fantastic job. Very thorough, meticulous, punctual and professional. My pavers look like new. The job came out exactly the way i wanted. Their price was the best, plus they use the latest and highest quality materials. I researched this quite a bit and the Trident CAT5, which they used is the best sealer. They took their time, didn't rush and stayed until everything was perfect. I can recommend this company without any reservation.

Randy is great. Rinsed all the vegetation around the house before, covered some sensitive plants hosed them off. Then cleaned the roof. Hosed everything off, took off the tarps and hosed everything down again. Roof looks great. This is his second trip to my home. Process 3 years or more. I’ll be calling him again. I had Randy come out and clean my roof. He sends multiple notifications using both text and email to keep you updated. He also texts when he is on his way. 1/3rd of the roof was 9 years old and the other 2/3rds was 4 1/2 years old after having been damaged by hurricane Irma. We did have one small problem with the chlorine smell as the A/C was drawing it into the house. This was remedied by turning the A/C off. Randy uses a chlorine neutralizer at the end of the job to mostly eliminate the residual odor. Very happy with the results as you can see in the picture.

My experience with First Choice Exterior Cleaning was top notch from the initial phone call to completion of the job. Excellent communication about times and service to be performed. Price was very reasonable, Job done thoroughly and with attention to detail. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

First Choice just made themselves our first choice for all of our home's future exterior cleaning needs. Randy Dewey and partner showed up on time, presented themselves professionally and courteously, and four hours later, our roof looked new again--completely free of the unsightly dark areas caused by mold, mildew and algae that inevitably build up on asphalt shingle roofs in our part of the country. What's more, even though it hadn't been factored into an already reasonable price, they cleaned and painted all of the vents and fixtures at no additional charge, making the final cost of getting a looks-like-new roof more than fair. Here's the really amazing part, when Randy ran out of paint because I hadn't provided enough, he said he would come back with more to finish the job at no additional charge. And he even offered to buy the extra paint and pick it up! Rare. Wow! (Wondering whether or not he will follow through? Well, after he does, I'll add to this post.)

Two days later: Randy called to schedule the remaining painting and returned to complete it the following day. Even though he had purchased the paint at his own cost, he refused payment for both the paint and the work, so I hired him to clean our windows and gutters...First Choice is a model for peerless work and an uncommon work ethic.

August 16: First Choice does windows and gutters as well and reasonably as they do everything else.

This company is awesome. My pool patio never looked so good. I am ready to start to entertain for the summer! They showed up on time, did not leave a mess, and left me with a smile on my wife's face!

They did SUCH a great job removing 10 years of crud! The package we purchased included some edging and such to get the concrete looking great for picture day. We're now ready to list our house on the market - our curb appeal increased a million!

First Choice Exterior performed a low pressure wash of the entire house, including windows and doors; and a low pressure wash of the front porch and patio. Wow, what a difference! The price was reasonable and the cleaning was thorough and fast. They are easy to work with. I will definitely use their services again.
