I've called Josh several times new roof,hot water heater, and in an emergency Josh will be there in a timely manner.....I've known Josh several years and there is no other contractor i would call or trust with my home and property.......I believe that Lucas Wheeler is angry with Josh because Josh had to fire him because he didn't complete a job correctly and anyone knows that no one gets paid til the job is complete....

Company researched exterior shutter replacements at my home to mitigate wind damaging existing shutters and still comply with HOA requirements. Found a solution with vinyl shutters and they installed the new shutters as soon as material received. Installation was professional and crew left site spotless. I recently had a hail damage renovation on my roof and skylight. The guys at Josh Brooks construction were very professional and extremely proficient add making the process as easy as possible. It only took them one day to do the roof, however due to weather constraints the Skylight had to be done at a later date. Nonetheless I would 100 recommend Josh Brooks Construction for any home renovation needs. These guys are amazing!

Josh went above and beyond while working on our house. I walked him through the long list of things to fix and asked for his recommendations on what to work on now and what can wait. He was prompt in scheduling, thorough on explanations and quick to finish the work. He fixed a cold spot in our kitchen by adding insulation, patched siding in a few areas of exterior and repaired a spot with our roofing. We loved that he was super consultative and just a nice guy to work with!
