Stephen and his team are professional and extraordinarily thorough. I moved into an apartment that had mold. Landlord knew. I found out after move-in. Testing came back showing the predominating species and spore counts. Landlord still wouldn't take care of it, so I had to move out. Stephen went out of his way to answer all of my questions and set up both mold remediation and content cleanup for me in the new apartment to ensure nothing was transferred from the old one. I moved into a smaller space, so this reduced the cost as well. I now have peace of mind knowing that I'm again living in a healthy, clean space. Thank you so much!

We had an appointment with mold experts, I actually forgot but the tester was very effective contacting me before the appointment for everything needed for the day of testing. Great Job and thorough! They described everything they did. A separate company provided spore counts and levels after the job. I got 3 quotes, one price was way higher, and the second was the same as Mold Xperts, but no communication at all. Mold Xperts explained the full scope of the job in the free estimate, and walked me through the entire job. I couldn't be happier. Use this company help you with your mold remediation.
