From my first call to the end of this disaster cleanup, I have everything good to say about this company. Dave and his team were so compassionate with the home situation and the cleanup for my friend . The way they carefully handled the contents, labeled boxes , moved furniture out and back in her home was great. Fast and efficient. Dave handled all the insurance issues, and worked with us to make this disaster not anymore stressful than it already was. I would highly recommend this company if you unfortunately need a disaster cleanup team.

Ive been working with Dave since my flood happened in November 2024, and we are just now finally complete with the project. I wish I could put into words how truly grateful I am for his honesty, kindness and compassion, integrity and ability to help so much. Water damage in a brand new home is something that was really hard to deal with and stressful. Dave was able to help in ways beyond the labor he did, I will remember him forever. We dealt with 2 different mitigation teams who failed us before finding Utah Disaster Team. I will ALWAYS recommend you guys and God bless you Dave for everything you have done for us. This team is fantastic! They came quickly on a Saturday and were super quick and efficient and communicated everything that was happening. They did a fantastic job with the work, would highly recommend!

Dave and his team were wonderful. They really helped us out when our basement flooded. They were courteous and professional the entire time and really went out of their way to help calm the chaos that we were experiencing and tirelessly looked for ways to save us money for the salvage work. They even recommended someone to come and install a sump pump for us that wouldn't break the bank. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!!

Such a great experience, they came out same day, gutted the water damage and setup fans. Dave made sure I have the repair process going by communicating with me and the contractor. He really made a terrible situation much easier.

I had to have a real good company come and clean up the mess I made. Im not kidding. I was faced with a real disaster. I am so glad that I picked this company to get me back to normal.

They were super responsive and able to come assess our water damage the day we called. We worked with Mike and he was so great to work with. He told us small fixes we could do ourselves to mitigate the problem and where it would make sense to have him step in which I appreciated as it showed he wasn't trying to just get more money from us but actually work with what's best for us.They were quick and did a really great job. 100% would recommend and use them again.

Just days before bringing home a new baby we discovered water damage in our basement due to a slowly leaking pipe. Dave from Utah Disaster Team went absolutely above and beyond in assisting us in not only getting the water damage cleaned up and mold taken care of, he coordinated everything with the plumber and the restoration team. He did everything necessary for our insurance claim and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was quick to respond to phone calls and texts, very professional and was such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend Utah Disaster Team to anyone needed these types of services!
