We had a great experience with Roof Doctor and Keith, who explained the product and process. He kept us informed throughout the project. All the work was done well and to schedule. We highly recommend their service if you want your roof to be replaced to a high standard.

Had used Roof Dr for our garage a few years ago and they did a great job so used them again for our main house. We have a 3 story A-frame so was a 2 day job for main roof and a couple follow up 1/2 days for custom cap and soffit repairs. Tara and her crew were awesome. On time every day, were here from 7 to 4 both days for main roof and installed custom cap and soffit repair in timely manner. Roof looks great, soffits and cap look great. No surprises on estimates or work done. Would definitely use again.

I must acknowledge the Roof Doctor for the excellent job they did adding Siding to my house and replacing the Roof on my shed. I must also convey a special thanks to Tara who was profoundly professional, impressively informative and uniquely understanding and willing to work within my budget. Kelly was also professional and respectful. Tara nor Kelly ever pressured me by attempting to sell me something I did not need. Tara was always honest, and she answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The respect, kindness, professionalism and understanding that Tara rendered was impressively unwavering!

The excellent high quality work that Steve, Jerry, Charles, Carlos and the other individuals who were assigned did was impeccably impressive! The crew always arrived on time. They treated me with the utmost respect. They never left trash or debris on my property at the end of the day. I have been a homeowner for 38 years and I have never hired anyone who has impressed me the way the Roof Doctor employees impressed me. They truly exceeded all of my expectations. Big shout-out to Keith Brent and the talented team at Roof Doctor. They just put a 40-year roof and new gutters on this 90-year old bungalow. Its awesome!

Old homes are complicated. They require one-off attention to detail in ways that most newer homes dont. I had a hard time finding any other roofing firm willing (able?) to even bid on this replacement.

Keith was undaunted and seemed to really enjoy the uniqueness of the project. He helped me think through the known unknowns Id be facing and the options I had for each of those before I made any decisions. I felt as informed as I could be going into this, given the givens. Talk to him about the difference between 30-year and 40-year shingles! Minor increase in cost for significantly better product and terms. Stuff like that to help make this not just a huge investment, but a really good one. Hes got an eye for design details, too, if youre looking to bounce ideas as you explore your roofing and gutter options.

The teams they assembled on site were great - top quality professionals in every aspect, including having them onsite. Which wasnt long. One full day and a few guys here another half day. Gutters a few days later. It took less than half a day for them to be made onsite and installed. It was convenient having Roof Doctor handle the gutter subcontractor - it was seamless, one point of contact. Roof Doctor handled everything.

I appreciated the chance to get in to parts of this old house that havent been accessible in decades. The guys running the project gave me a little time to take a look and tended to a couple of quick repairs along the way. Really appreciated the opportunity for that. This roof will get her to 130 years old, at least.

No sugar-coating it - this was a big expense for me. And it was a really good investment. Im totally satisfied.

We received 3 bids for our roof/gutter work on Tumwater Hill. Roof Doctor's price was very competitive, but in the end, the estimator Keith was the reason we went with them. I felt like Keith was truly interested in doing a great job, and more than that - he followed through by checking in on the work days, making sure our specific needs were met, and the team did awesome work. Tom was especially experienced and helpful on the work team. I'm so satisfied with the whole experience and heartily recommend them as an experienced, competitive, and thorough team.

The Roof doctor Team was amazing to work with on multiple occasions! I had a few leaks in 2019 and patched with another company and got a bid. Reaching out to the roof dr
to get a bid they were extremely professional and sent someone out to take a look give me a bid for my house, and my mother-in-law unit. They came out to do the work and did such an amazing job on my roof, site cleanup, professionalism, promptness that I also got a bid from them to replace the cedar trim on all the windows in my house. They did an amazing job and were really easy to work with.

Years later, I had some remodeling work that needed done as well and they were the first company I thought of. They came back gave me a professional bid, finished the work on time and under budget. I will always refer Work to this company. They are amazing!

Additionally, I am on the PTA board for a local school and I love seeing that they have donated to local causes as well. Truly accompany that gives back to the community in so many ways.

Take my advice and dont always go with the cheapest one out there go with a reputable company.

The Roof Doctor has cleaned my roof and gutters many times. They always do an excellent job. They haul away debris and leave the job site clean. I know that I can depend on them to do everything right. I highly recommend them.

Ultimately the reason we went with the Roof Doctor was Keith. Keith came out and spent a good amount of time assessing the roof and giving us his expert opinion on what all needed to be done. We started using Tera and the Roof Doctor over 15 years ago already. Her and her team go way beyond just the job that is needed. We are on schedule to start our 5th project (my house, my parents 3 homes, & our beach house) with them this summer that will include new roof on both the house and garage, some siding repair and now they are doing exterior painting!!! Keith and the crew were amazing! Work was done in one day and they cleaned up so well I wouldnt have known they were there. Friendly, helpful, straight forward, and fair. Cant recommend enough!

Keith Brent gave us a great bid on replacing our old shingle roof. He got us scheduled quickly and showed up with 2 crews on installation day. Within 6 hours our old roof was gone, our roof sheathing and facia were repaired and the complete job, including cleanup was completed. We are completely satisfied with the entire process and we would recommend the Roof Doctor to everyone!

I had roof doctor replace my 20+ year old roof at the end of November. Keith and his crew were professional and extremely organized. They did great clean up work. I am happy with the materials used and the terrific installation.

Such a good experience! Reasonably priced, responsive and kind customer service, amazing follow-up... My roof ended up having a few challenges, but Tessa and her team put the needs of my family first! I would definitely recommend, and would absolutely hire them again in the future.

Keith saved our month! Our roof began deteriorating rapidly due to poor workmanship on the original build, and we discovered this just before a busy period of family obligations. From our estimate to our brand new roof, he took only 6 days to pull a crew together and deliver.

We have zero complaints and only gratitude for our work with The Roof Doctor. About 10 guys took 8 hours to completely flip our roof. I appreciated the visible care and attention to detail they took as they cut and laid our new Malarkey shingles. Not only were they exacting in their process, but they left our yard cleaner than they found it! While tidying up after themselves, they also cleaned up our gutters and patios, effectively crossing those off our spring to-do list.

As new homeowners, we couldnt ask for a more painless process. Their pricing was fair and transparent, Keith was easy to reach and work with, and well definitely be referring friends and neighbors (since I doubt well need to work with them again, in this house at least.) It's been a relief these past few days of rain to know for certain that all is as it should be and we are protected.

Editing post-inspection from the county: the inspector had only great things to say about the workmanship, and when he saw Roof Doctor on our forms he said "Oh, yeah, I work with these guys all the time" in a tone that implied stellar work from them is business-as-usual!

Keith Brent, and his crew came out and replaced not only my shingles but the wood underneath, pretty much my entire roof, vents yesterday. Wish I could remember the rest of their names but I will tell you that you could not ask for more competent people who answer your questions and act like they genuinely care about your concerns. I felt like they really wanted me to understand some of the process while updating information to me as they were working. I give 5 stars for punctuality, excellent work done, professionalism, price was fair, and all the smiles I saw from the crew. They actually seem happy to do what they are doing and no mess to speak of. Thank you Keith Brent and your excellent crew!

Excellent job on the roof. Completed the entire job in 2 days, replaced worn panels, new gutters, assessed and repaired problem areas, trimmed eaves. The work was well done with quality material and the site was clean when I arrived home. The company ensured that the entire area had no debris left behind. After the work was done a representative contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.
