I had a fantastic experience with Hydro Plumbing. They were able to fit me in the day I called, explored several possible causes of the problems, explained what they were going to do, gave me an accurate estimate, and fixed the issues in a timely manner. I needed a leaky shower faucet fixed fast. I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called them at 8 am and they were at my house by 8:30 fixed the problem which was needing the insides of the faucet replaced they were worn out. Because it was a old faucet it needed special parts which they had on hand. I was so thankful they got it fixed. Very professional Hydro will be who I call first next time I need a plumber!!!!

We needed an emergency repair and called Robert with Hydro Plumbing Friday after hours and he was at our house the next morning. Fixed the issue at hand and also informed us of a few other things that he graciously fixed. Very friendly and professional, will definitely call them if and when we have another plumbing issue! These guys weee the only ones who responded to an emergency we had when it snowed in the Salem area. They showed up when they said they would and replaced our entire ejector pump system! Our house is downhill from the main sewer mine so we were unable to even flush our toilet u til these guys showed up. Would definitely recommend them!

I usually don't have plumbers come out to my home. (I like to do things myself) after a mainline water break I needed more help. Luckily Robert at Hydro Plumbing was able to come out. He walked me through the next steps, clearly explaining what was going to be happening in my house. I Greatly appreciated the details and pricing.
We ended up re-piping the home the process, was seamless and we were back up and running everyday with water.
