Very precessional, great quality! Had them install my furnace w/AC and my tankless water heater, awesome work!

I've got a new infant at home and just had surgery when my furnace went out before a cold weekend. These folks made it out to my house on a weekend within hours of the breakdown. Ken Brasmer and his apprentice (assuming) were able to get us a temporary solution to heat us over the weekend. They then sent out Matt Gilbreath on Monday with the permanent fix. Both of these gentlemen were consummate professionals on the job.

Even better, the entire cost is only a little more than some of the other guys were quoting me just to look at my furnace.

Great service! They answered my call and had someone out only a couple days later. They were early to the appointment and handled the furnace and fireplace servicing quickly and super well. Invoice included pictures and details. Affordable and amazing work!

We've actually had an issue with our Outdoor fireplace not working, for about a year, and my husband happened to mention to Matt. He told my husband he could look at it when they were here.

Within about 10 - 15 mins, Matt figured out the issue and actually had the part, that wasn't working, on the truck and he fixed it right away!

Very professional and nice staff! They were able to fix the problems as they come up especially since our hvac system is pretty old so a lot of hidden problems we didnt know of and they were very responsible in the fact that they took their time to come back two days in a row just make sure our ac is running! I would definitely choose them if you are within their service area!

My AC stopped working in the middle of a heat advisory. As you can imagine, they were very busy and it took a couple of days to get someone out. The technicians showed up at the early end of our appointment window, were responsive and diagnosed the issue promptly. I was very happy to have my AC back up & running.

I had my Bosc AC & heating system installed in April of this year. I waited to make sure everything is running smoothly before posting my reviews. Their price is very reasonable, they came on time, finished the work in 1 1/2 days and cleaned up well afterwards. Ken and his crew were very professional and friendly. If you are looking for an honest company to do great work, I highly recommend you give them a try. They respond very quickly to any questions and problems you may have. Our system is running great and I love my AC during this hot summer month!

A.C. installed last year and they followed up to do a one year service call.

We had no heat pump or auxiliary heat. We are a little ways out of town, but they had no problem with that. Technician arrived early and went right to work. Found the problem very quickly and repaired it on the spot. The cost was competitive and fair. I would definitely use them again.

Came to check heat VERY nicely told me with heat pump the cool air at first is normal. Never had one before. Then went over thermostat basic computerized BUT it does way too many things. Used them before and will ALWAYS

A non company mechanic was using the company vehicle and driving recklessly and almost hit my car. Owner Ken was very responsive and great customer service in addressing situation!

We have used Infinity since 2016 for our heater service. Recently our water heater started leaking and out of 3 quotes they were the best. They were on time and left the area where the water heater was better than they found it. We also asked for a quote on getting a.c. installed and got it the same day. Great service and good people.

Ken was great. Small company feel that is responsive and just takes care of what the problem is. No monkey business trying to upsell you something.

I hired this company to install a new Bosch heat pump after record heat in Puget Sound. They are honest, hard working and collaborative with the customer. Ken, the owner, is direct and honest. Nick, along with the rest of the crew, provided quality, professional work. I'm glad I went with them vs. other firms that provided an estimate.

My heater control board went out Infinity went above and beyond to fix my problem, and as quick as possible. My wife had to have surgery today, and Infinity not only went out of their way to get us a new control board, they worked around our time frame for surgery. This service is the best. From the first phone call to the repair! We 100% would recommend Infinity!

I called in a panic after hours because my furnace wouldn't stay running and he called me right back listened to what was happening and told me what to do to get it going. No charge nothing just awesome advise when i was in a pinch. I then had them come service my furnace because they were so wonderful during my emergency and they were prompt, professional and very informative. I'm so glad I found them!!!

Furnace was not functioning properly. We contacted Infinity at 7:00 am. They came out the same morning, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem fairly quickly. They explained how the unit works and have me some great tips to make the furnace last longer. We would definitely recommend them!!!!
