Our Most Extensive Service, this typically includes two or more cleaners, and involves a though cleaning of the whole home including ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, vacuuming the blinds, washing the baseboards, washing the window sills, vacuuming the lower air return vents, washing and polishing the cabinets from top to bottom inside and out, doors and door frames, picture frames panneling and trim washed and polished top to bottom, in addition, this service covers any heavy dust builldup, or build up in the bathrooms or kitchen.
This clean keeps your home in top condition after a deep cleaning. Our Cleaning professionals use their extensive experience to ensure that your home is very clean. This cleaning includes one cleaner arriving on time on a regular basis and cleaning room by room. In the bathroom this includes toilets, sinks mirrors, tubs, floors, countertops, and trash removal. In the kitchen we: clean the skinks, countertops, on top of the appliances, inside the microwave, on top of the fridge, remove trash, and clean the floors. In the dry rooms, we dust.

After our long time cleaner retired, we have been trying service after service trying to find someone equally as good. A friend recommended Germicidal Maids and I am so happy we had this referral! Michael is incredibly easy to contact and schedule with, as well as last minute changes to scheduling. Patty is AWESOME! I've never had a cleaner arrive with so many products and a mini-vacuum!
We had the initial (deep) cleaning done and it is PERFECT! Floors and nice and clean, couches look beautiful (we have a cat who likes to lay on our fabric couch. HAIR). I felt so bad because we had lots of dishes and pots in the sink (teen was suppose to do the dishes last night and forgot). Patty took care of everything! Excited to be a new Germicidal MAIDS client! Thank you!

I had some packing to do and cleaning for my move. I was overwhelmed. I got a same day cleaner from Germicidal. I was looking for a green cleaning company because I have allergies. I called around and finally contacted this cleaning service. They were really friendly over the phone and assured me that they could use all natural cleaning products. The lady came, and the house looked great and smelled very fresh. I was also pleased to learn that they are local to the San Juan Capistrano area. I am very happy with my house right now!

I cannot be more comfortable recommending any other orange county cleaning company! The name clearly gives you an idea of the level of cleanliness you can expect! I cannot recommend this team enough. I hire Michael and Judith to clean my home bi-weekly and they do an excellent job! I live in San Juan Capistrano and they always clean my house extremely thoroughly. I always look forward to them coming because my house feels so fresh after they come. In addition to always leaving my house perfect, they are kind, flexible, and an overall joy to work with.
