Yaron is amazing! He did an hour consult with me teaching me what I can do for myself testing wise, so l didn't need to spend thousands for his own services as a mold patient. He didn't want to waste my time as a renter. He is supper knowledgeable, personable and very kind. Don't look anywhere else. This guy is the best! Im Facilities Manager for Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church. After this years heavy rain season we ended up with 5 areas with significant water damage. After searching for a trusted com to do the mitigation and reconstruction, Orange Restoration was the company with best reviews. I called a few of the customers with similar reconstructed jobs and their feedback was optimistic. Pedro Santos was the project manager for the mitigation.

He offered a detailed spreadsheet of the scope of work. OR employees were very polite to everyone at church. They followed our policies. They covered each worksite with a heavy screen to limit dust. They also placed plastic from each entrance door to the work station to protect our flooring. Pedro and I had a daily review of the work. The task was completed one day short of the estimated completion date.

Due to such a pleasant experience with OR we went back to OR to do the reconstruction. Will McNutt was the project manager. This guy knows his business! He comes with years of experience. He presented a proposal that included installing insulation, drywall, texture, light fixtures, replace a sink and paint each area to match existing colors. Wills crew was professional in their work.

They too cleaned up each area daily until the reconstruction was completed. They were focused and committed to excel in their job. Will followed up with me on a regular basis and we did a pre-construction meeting as well as a final walkthrough of each area to assure they had completed according to the contract. I highly recommend you trusting a reconstruction job to Orange Restoration.

I called in October because of some smoke and fire damage on a rental unit, we needed quick and affordable restoration services. I spoke to Rosa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rosa discussed the problem with us and detailed the process for restoration and the technician needs for access to the unit. Dean worked with us for reconstruction on this small project.

He paid close attention to our needs and concerns. Orange even finished the complete fire restoration process quicker than we had anticipated. The smoke damage, the smell and the repair space was all left as it was before the smoke damage, they cleaned up leaving no trace behind their work. A pipe failed and the flood remediation, by another company, tore up the master bedroom suite and kitchen. Finding a company to restore this house proved challenging so we were relieved to find Orange Restoration. Dean Williams produced a thorough and detailed estimate, worked with our insurance adjustor and oversaw reconstruction work. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls. (Orange's email server kept rejecting my emails, though.) Dean worked with us to identify tiles, shower doors, cabinets and flooring that look great and stayed within budget.

I found orange restoration to repair water damage to my condo as they were on a list of preferred providers with my insurance company. I looked them up and they had good reviews so I gave them a try. I spoke with Dean. He came out and inspected the job right away and worked with my insurance company to get me a proper quote and payment for the job.

When the job was scheduled, the team came out and everybody did their thing. They were very respectful of my home and did their best by laying down paper and plastic to protect everything to keep it clean. A small problem did occur with the paint. I contacted Dean and he came out and inspected the job personally and decided on a plan of action and got everything corrected right away. So if you need the type of work that Orange Restoration does, give them a call, Im sure you will be pleased with the results.

My experience with Orange from start to finish was excellent. I haven't encountered water damage before and was grateful to work with a company that was able to help me throughout the entire process. Dylan and Rosa stepped right in to help with the clean up and remediation process. They kept me in the loop, worked with my insurance company, and also made a very stressful, unexpected event, as low stress as possible.

For the rebuild, I worked closely with Dean. Because of his experience, I felt like he looked at all sides of the project and was very thorough with his recommendations. It was nice not being burdened with a lot of construction coordination and other decisions that are outside of my expertise. I didn't realize how much he did and how easy he made this process until I spoke with other friends who did renovations on their own. HIs team did an excellent job with the rebuild and I couldn't be happier. To sum it all up, I am beyond grateful to have found a company that I felt had my back and was able to help me from start to finish.

Absolutely had a blast working with the Orange Restoration team. They kept me updated daily on their progress along with information on what to expect on a timeline for completion. I could hear water running in the wall beneath the house, but there was no visible leaking. As the leak worsened, I had to turn off the water main. Orange REstoration was recommended to me by my brother. They discovered the problem, repaired the leak, and were finished in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. We had a pleasant conversation in addition to the excellent service, which was an added bonus.

We used Orange for our restoration after a flood and glad we did. Dean and Will were accommodative to our schedules and did an initial inspection and worked out a quick schedule for us. Right from painting, drywall and flooring, everything was taken care of and finished with in the promised timelines. We had the best experience with Rosa, who was able to get us results for lead and asbestos right away, so we can start a demolition job at Mic Drop formerly known as the Comedy Place. She was able to come by the same day I called her and took various samples from multiple area. She was able to get me the reports I need to submit to the city and we were able to start the job.

Will was super easy to work with. The entire process was long but they made it as comfortable as possible. I have a large family and they ensured that demo was not super invasive. For example, they let us keep our sink and other appliances as long as possible to reduce the stress on our daily life. The flooring company was amazing as well as painters and cabinet contractors. These guys are great. They came out the same day to fix some very minor water damage I had in my bathroom. They also did a troubleshoot of some other minor issues, and they didnt even charge me for it. I had already used them before and received great service. I continue to be impressed with the level of customer service this company provides. Our dish washer was ancient and it recently broke and the result was flooding that caused a ton of water damage in our kitchen. We called this restoration company and we were glad we did. After mold and some water damage was discovered in our walls, we had some major restoration to do. The place was highly recommended by a neighbor so we called and they offered the services we needed. Professional, understanding, great pricing, quick to respond to a flood/water damage in the home, kept my home clean and tidy while they were fixing the damage, explained the entire process to me in detail so I felt taken care of, communicated with the adjustor from insurance to explain the extent of the damage. Orange has come out to my condo two separate times in the last few months due to high pressured water lines bursting in my building and flooding my home. Not only were they the only ones to find the true cause of the pipes bursting, but they were the neatest, cleanest, and most professional crew of people from the lovely owner of the company Yaron, to the administration specialist Liz, and the field manager Scott.

The first crew that was lead by field supervisor Alex and Shawn to Scott's second crew not only made me no longer have any stress about the situation but also walked me through the play by play of what should be expected from insurance to general contractors and building management. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work they completed and the speed and communication in which they handled all of the mess.

If you are dealing with any sort of damage to your home, there is no doubt in my mind that they will be there for you every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for all their help and kindness throughout the last few months of disasters. I have used a few other companies for different properties and their work & professional manner is no where close to comparable to that of Orange Restoration. Ron, Tanya, Alex, and Sean are literally amazing! After my apartment flooded they were able to come right out, on a Sunday of all days, and get rid of all the water and start drying out my living room and kitchen. They probably spent 6 hours there the first day which I really appreciated since I was freaking out a bit. They have handled the flood in a professional manner and even spoke with my insurance to help with my loss.

Orange Restoration just took care of another scary situation, turning it from a nightmare into a daydream. We had a long term leak in a unit that no one could see, and when we found it, there was mold, mildew, water damage, etc. Orange came in, cleaned up the mess and killed all the gross. Within days everything was hunky dory and no worries. Love these guys!

They always respond right away. Their staff are professional and are able to explain their procedures clearly allowing you to make a the best decision. I call them whenever I have a disaster (floods, leaks.), and they are always very calming and courteous. With them you are in good hands and I would definitely recommend them!

I recently had excessive smoke in my kitchen from burning something on the stove. Orange Restoration took my panicked call, told me the immediate actions to take, and came out to my home a few hours later to physically access the situation (incredibly knowledgeable in the science of fire/smoke and the practical methods of restoration). Orange Restoration recommended placing special fans to filter the air in the house.

Field Manager Jonathan Davis arrived as scheduled the next day with the equipment. Mr. Davis re-assessed the smoke smell and stated that the extra equipment was not really needed as the smoke smell would clear completely if I continued with the practical methods originally suggested. Orange Restoration was honest, helpful, and extremely kind and would not accept payment for the two service visits to my home or the consultations. Orange Restoration is indeed an exceptional company!

As a first-time home buyer, dealing with extensive interior water damage, and an insurance company, Orange Restoration has been great, very informative, responsive, honest, and fair. We used Orange for both our restoration and construction work after having a leak in our bathroom/bedroom wall. Project Management led by Jonathan and Peer were very good. They came by the house almost daily and kept us apprised of exactly what was going on. They coordinated the subs as best they could given the busy time of the year. Came home to the entire downstairs of my home flooded. I contacted Orange Restoration and spoke with Elaine. She was professional and immediately put me at ease and said she would get a crew dispatched immediately. Yoni there supervisor called me right after to let me know he was in route. Once he arrived along with Alex, they assessed the damage and explained to me what needed to be done and the procedures that would follow.
