We are impressed with Streamline Plumbing, who repaired a complicated water main break for us. Throughout, Ben and his team were professional, responsive, patient, and kind. They provided additional services for us, free-of-charge, and helped save us money by figuring out a way not to tear up our driveway in order to access the pipe. When challenges arose d/t the complicated nature of the task, they resopnded quickly and effectively. After the initial job, Ben and Gill came back to our house--again free-of-charge--to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you, Streamline Plumbing!

Fantastic experience from service request to completion. The service tech (Thomas) kept us informed of his ETA and was spot-on time. Super-nice guy, he listened to us describing our malfunctioning and stinky kitchen sink and diagnosed the cause quickly. Told us the cost to fix it and had the material and skill to take care of it, even though it required a new entry point into our kitchen island.
He kept us informed along the way and answered our multiple questions patiently. Didnt try to upsell or increase the cost at any point--what a relief. The sink works FANTASTIC now, we are so pleased--and all this was done for $400 less than our first estimate. Based on this experience, we have a new plumber for life. Best plumber in the area! Levi is not only an outstanding, smart and super thorough plumber, he's a problem-solver. We've used him several times now and he not only fixes the immediate issue but makes recommendations and improvements to prevent future problems, saving us thousands of dollars. He's a true community entrepreneur and we love his work, his expertise and his transparent fee structure.
We've been disappointed by two other of the commercial larger companies in the area that charged us an arm and a leg for coming out and misdiagnosing or not finding the issue! We'll never use anybody else again. Streamline Plumbing rocks!

Streamline showed up promptly at 9am after scheduling the appointment the evening before. They were very friendly and helpful and provided an estimate before beginning work and assessing the issues. They also provided rough estimates for future work I inquired about and didnt try to up charge me on anything or discover issues that needed immediate attention. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues. They have a great business model and I wish them nothing but success.
