Chem Dry came to my house to clean the carpet before my family arrived. We have an old dog with early onset dementia and she started becoming incontinent the week before they arrived so we desperately needed a cleaning. Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

Joe C. was great. He outlined all our options before beginning, finding those areas where he could save us money. He was very informative and took time to explain what he would be doing. He was careful with our home, putting up corner guards everywhere it was needed. We had a lot of things for him to do (carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning). If I could give this company more then 5 stars, I would! Specifically to Jo, our technician who helped us out today! Our apartment was SPOTLESS after Jo was finished with deep cleaning our carpets and it was super quick also! Our carpets hadnt been touched since the day we moved in a year ago and they were BADDDD. but they look brand new again and I am soooo relieved! Thank you so much for everything!: 10/10 recommend!

Jedediah Cali the manager on our job was professional and caring. Carpet was stained badly by our dogs and they did a great job getting stain and odor out. Upholstery looks like new again. My carpet had not been cleaned for 10 years. They did a great job! I upgraded my cleaning because it had been so long and I had done a fair amount of construction in the interim. This included drywall and the associated dust. Overall, very happy with the results. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I liked how it dried relatively fast.

Joe and his helper were able to arrive earlier than scheduled (the office called the day prior and asked if that would be ok). Both Joe and his helper were professional, took great care with the house walls and doors. He showed us all the animal urine spots with a blacklight! When they were done the rooms had no more stale odor and the carpets looked brand new.
I even waited a few days to post this to make sure there was no dirt that rose back up to the surface (this has happened to me with other carpet cleaning services). I am very happy with Chem Dry and can recommend them highly.

We are very pleased with Erics work and his professional manner and quality of work! Yes, Eric is the best! Also the office is very prompt and accommodating. I had to reschedule the appointment three times due to coordinating with some other appointments. They were very kind and provided immediate help with rescheduling. I will use this place every single time. I have five houses that I own and they cleaned two of them last week. The carpets look SO much better! I thought that I could maybe get another two years out of the carpets at one of the houses, but after they cleaned them, I think I can get up to five more years! Don't use any other place. I used a different place for another house about 3 months ago and the carpets didn't even look different. That's what I get for taking the lowest price. You usually get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$ and get years more life out of your carpets!

Everything was great! Easy and quick appointment, fair quote and Dale was prompt and did an exceptional job! We have white carpet, two puppies and a grandma that spilled coffee! Need I say more, he took time to hit all the spots and make sure everything was clean! Even though a storm was coming in, he never rushed the job! I was truly impressed! Great Job Dale! We are very happy with how clean the carpet came out! Everything looks and smells clean too! Will call back and ask for Dale next year!

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

My original appointment was only for an upholstery cleaning, but I added countertops, hardwoods and carpets over the next few weeks because the results were so good each time they finished a project! Amazing service! I called in a bit of an emergency at 8am, and there were three trucks deployed to my house by noon! My carpets and tile look so much better! They recommended appropriate services and were honest about services we didn't need and/or weren't worth the expense. I would call again without hesitation.

They were able to give me, basically, a last minute appt. I was given a time window of when they would be there & target time which they hoped to meet (e.g. 2-4pm, target ~3pm). They met the target time. The owner asked many questions about what I wanted (move out rug cleaning), how lrg of an area, stairs, pet stains/odors, etc. He, then, explained the cost, & if pet stain/odor removers would be necessary, the cost of that. Josh, the tech, came out & explained the anticipated costs if pet problems were detected.
He was very efficient, very helpful & very friendly & courteous. This might have cost me alittle more than some companies but I was VERY pleased with the results & will call them again for cleaning.

I was very pleased with the 2 young men from All Pro Chem-Dry who cleaned and treated the carpets in my home on March 7th. Both men were quietly respectful and performed their tasks in a very professional manner. To their further credit, they were perceptive enough to understand our concern for key items of furniture. The care they took with our home and its furnishings was exceptional. Equally exceptional was the improvement we saw in our carpeting. Wow! I am thoroughly impressed! Our carpeting was old and tired. and now it's new again!

Loved the experience. The young man who showed up was extremely professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain all the options and answer questions after his evaluation and starting work. The only reason I gave the company 4 stars is because when I discussed the pet-odor ad-on (I forget the exact term) during scheduling they didn't tell me that it takes ten days to work, during which it actually smells worse.
I was getting the carpets cleaned prior to guests coming and unfortunately because of this I scheduled it only five days prior and could not use the service I wanted most. The carpets look wonderful though. They just don't smell as good as they look :(

My experience with All-Pro Chem-Dry could not have gone better. They were intensely focused on making sure my family had the best possible experience and really went the extra mile. We had them scheduled to come on our closing day to get the house ready and dry before the movers came in later that day. It was one of the most stressful days weve had in a series of already stressful days of moving and home buying, but they made it so much easier.
The owner Don Kado was personally involved and even had office staff coming to bring extra blowers to get everything dry in time. Don even drove me to my temporary residence to pick up a key I had forgotten. The technician was so hard working and had a smile on his face the entire time. After we were moved in, they even came back to touch up knowing that we would be trafficking a lot of dirt as we moved everything into the house.
We moved into a house that had 6 dogs and a cat. We are all allergic to animals in my home and we havent had any allergy problems after they did their magic. They also eliminated the overwhelming pet smell that was everywhere. I cant say enough! Thank you!
