Nick Tracey Roofing replaced my roof. The front side of my house was curling and the back was not. They had to strip the front completely and replace the shingles. They did an excellent job at cleaning everything up. We found nothing left from the stripping of the roof. The workers worked hard and the job was completed in a day. The supplies had been delivered a few days before so they were there before they started the roof.
I was not at the house when the work was being done but the project manager kept me informed about what was happening and was sending me pictures of the progress. Nick Tracey Roofing was a very easy company to work with from the quote to the finishing project. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the occasion arises.

The crew showed up early ready to work. They covered the entire house in traps plus. all the ground around the house. Removed all the old shingles, replace bad or damaged plywood. Completely wrapped the roof. Ice cap and drip edges completed the whole job including cleanup and magnetic nail pickup by end of day. Wife is happy so I'm happy. They even had an extra guy hanging out in his truck all day just in case.

Nick Tracey did an excellent job on our roofing project! Our house was built in 1900 and has multiple roofs and was certainly challenging. Repairs were needed along with roofing. The crew did excellent work. Cleaned up every speck of debris. Angel the Forman was kind, respectful and honest. He kept me up to date as the project progressed and was a great communicator. The crew worked so hard and we couldnt be happier!

I was in need of a roof due to the age of my home and had shopped around. Nick Tracey Roofing pricing was very competitive, in fact it was half of the estimate I had received from one company. His foreman Brian provided ema detailed estimate with the options available. The workmanship and preparation far exceeded my expectations. They had all the materials delivered in advance and had the job fully completed in one day. It looks great, the quality was excellent and the customer experience along the way was top notch. They provided us with a very competitive quote to repair our roof. Further, while doing the repairs they realized that their cost would be less than they quoted and they offered us the reduction in price, which was significant for us! The team at Nick Tracey Roofing was a pleasure to work with, from the sales process to the installation. Mike's proposal was timely and he answered all of our questions and was able to schedule the new roof around our schedule. Mike communicated the schedule of when the materials would arrive and when the crew would arrive and the anticipation of when they would complete the project.

Top quality installation, paying close attention to details on my antique home. Nick Tracey Roofing went above and beyond to address the specific problems I was having with my roof. This was a very large project with more than 5,000 square feet of roofing in Owens Corning Quarry Gray. Small glitch with the permit was resolved but still a quality job on the installation. (We met with around 6 local roofing companies before hiring Nick Tracey Roofing). He was honest, reliable and communication was outstanding. The install days went really well, his crew was respectful and extremely hard workers.
