Over the phone he asked how many windows needed replacement and then sent an email with a brochure. Brad measured my windows, confirmed the estimate and when the windows came in, the installation team was punctual, professional and friendly. In only day, the old windows were out and the new windows were in. The next day they finished caulking the outside. The installation team was neat and clean. Everything looked great when they finished. I was and I am still pleased.

The best thing about working with Brad, and Zen Windows here in Nashville is that no job is too big or small. I first did 2 windows. I was satisfied with the work. Brad and his team worked hard and quoted me a fair price. He wasn't the lowest price, but he was nowhere near the highest price. His team came out timely, actually sooner than he estimated, and his team replaced 23 windows at our property. The work was done quickly and as minimally invasive as possible. An excellent job and received numerous compliments from my neighbors for the new look on my house. The new windows have noticeably reduced gas use for heat and electricity use for air conditioning. Brad's team did a window replacement on most of the windows in our house. They did fantastic work, especially with all of the aluminum flashing that had to be formed. They were very methodical with air sealing using expanding foam, and with getting everything caulked in correctly. If I ever need windows again, I will be using Zen Windows.

After many years of wanting to replace a standard window in our kitchen with a bay window, we decided on Zen Windows. Although we never heard of this company or its products, needless to say contacting them was the best decision we made. Brad the owner/salesman, met with us and answered all our questions and concerns, showed us an example of the Zen Window product and gave us a time frame from ordering to the actual installation.

There was no high pitched sale to buy and no money required as a deposit. Once we decided to order and then when our bay window arrived, the entire install process went like clockwork. Brad was on site with his crew who were very careful to protect both the inside and outside of our home during demolition of the old window. He also kept up informed at each step in the process of the installation of the new bay window.
