Excellent work. Andrei was FAST to answer my call and FAST to schedule a same day appointment with Alex. Alex came and diagnosed the problem with my VIKING Dishwasher quickly and easily. The repair took less than an hour and the area was cleaned up before Alex left. The pricing was very reasonable and the work done was professional and fast. Highly recommended. Second time using ASA appliance (Andre) I was able to quickly schedule an appointment, he showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and the dryer issue was resolved. I knocked out the venting system which caused lint inside the machine, could have led to a fire plus a fuse needed to be replaced. Thanks Andre!

Andrei is an expert. Our refrigerator was leaking. Two other technicians came and could not diagnose the problem. He came in and after we explained, he could find the problem in less than 10 minutes, and worked carefully, and did a nice AND clean job in our kitchen. Thank you Andrei for the great service!

My Viking oven 'mother board' broke after only 3 years of having it. I had used Andrei in the past to repair my dryer and I called him in a panic when when oven broke. Andrei showed up the next day - determined the problem and then once the part was in he came to repair the oven. It is now working perfectly. He was a pleasure to deal with. He fixed the problem, was fair with his pricing and left no mess after the repair. I would definelty use him again for any appliance repair I have.
