I recently had an issue with my HVAC condenser unit and reached out to multiple people for help. Three people came to fix it and didnt know the problem and charged me for diagnosis and asked me to replace the whole system. Alex came by looked at the system and changed the capacitor and everything went back to normal. I would definitely recommend him for HVAC services.

I live in Mission Viejo and came home from vacation last night Saturday to find my house flooded because of a busted water heater. I was in a panic and couldn't get a hold of anyone over the weekend. Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

They removed old water heater which was out of order (they diagnosed and found what was wrong), and replaced a new one. It was very rapid and professional response so we did not spend a night without hot water. I am so grateful for their service and the guy was very polite during his performance. I wanted to replace my old thermostats which were installed by the previous homeowners. From talking to the thermostat manufacturer, they were potentially tied to the security system which I was unable to uninstall. I was able to schedule Alex the same morning I spoke with him and he replaced the thermostats and even painted over the white patches the old units left. He waited for me to verify both thermostats work and answered all my questions. Thanks!

Alex is an honest, caring, and hardworking professional who I have used for my plumbing AND air conditioning project for many years. He has done so many projects for me: Replacing 17 water valves, the water regulator, and installing a shutoff valve in my 27 year old home. He did a complete installation of a brand new HVAC system including uninstalling the old unit, and testing and optimizing the new one.

Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.
