Vertical rack was broken for my front picture window. Denise came over the next day after I called and took measurements. When the parts came in an appointment was set up for removing the old hardware and replacing it. My appointment window was 10am to 1pm. Denise called me at 9:40 and said she would be there in 10 minutes. She did the job very professionally and quickly testing everything to make sure it operated properly.
When she left she said if there were any problems to call her. I would highly recommend this business. There was also excellent communication through the entire process leaving no questions.

I am extremely happy with the blinds I purchased from this company. The product is high quality and looks great in my home. The customer service was also top-notch. They were able to answer all of my questions and made the ordering process a breeze.
