Carpet Cleaning
Our patented Hot Carbonating Extraction method delivers deeper cleaning with 80% less water than steam cleaning. Carbonated solutions lift embedded dirt while preserving fibers, leaving carpets dry within hours. Independent testing confirms significant reduction of common allergens like pet dander and dust mites. This low-residue process extends time between cleanings while maintaining indoor air quality.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for synthetic and natural fiber rugs including Persian, Oriental, and wool varieties. Our gentle yet effective process removes embedded dirt without damaging dyes or fibers. Technicians perform pre-cleaning inspections to determine optimal treatment methods. Protective treatments help maintain color vibrancy while preventing future staining from spills or foot traffic.
Pet Urine Removal Treatment
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets odor sources at molecular level using UV detection and specialized enzyme solutions. Treatment penetrates carpet padding and subfloors to destroy urine crystals rather than masking odors. Process includes deep rinsing with HCE technology followed by 24-36 hour enzymatic action that permanently eliminates pet-related smells from carpets and upholstery.
Upholstery Cleaning
Deep-cleaning service for residential and commercial upholstery using non-toxic, soap-free solutions. Carbonated cleaning lifts dirt from fabric fibers without leaving residue that attracts new soil. Process removes up to 98% of common allergens while preserving fabric integrity. Quick-drying formula allows immediate use of treated furniture within hours of service completion.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Professional cleaning for ceramic, porcelain, granite, and natural stone surfaces. High-pressure extraction removes built-up grime from porous surfaces while preserving sealants. Process includes pre-testing for material compatibility and post-treatment sealing to prevent future staining. Restores original appearance of tile floors and walls while improving indoor hygiene through deep contaminant removal.

Sean & James were fantastic! Great customer service from phone to in person. The furniture for our non-profit that supports young families with little kids had a lot of stain, and they made the pieces look fantastic! With the natural treatmenta they use, there is no chemical smell or concerns with having children or families around. All around great! Thank you!

Huge shout out to Sean with Quality Chem-Dry! He did an AMAZING job on our carpet. Our old sick pup had some accidents on the carpet near the end of his life and even though we cleaned it (with a steam cleaner) the smell was not good! I called Sean's office they got us scheduled right away. he called before arrival like we were told he would. He showed to the job early. He got right to work and was done quickly. the carpet looks and smells amazing.

I vacuumed after they were dry and in my vacuum canister was maybe 10 dog hairs. we have 3, well 2 now dogs. I could fill a vacuum canister in a hot second. Thank you Sean and Quality Chem-Dry! You ROCK!

I've had Shaun clean my carpets twice and recently clean and seal the time and grout in my kitchen dining room. My carpets had pet stains that he was able to remove. He does an excellent job, takes pride in his work, and very conscientious.
