Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method uses 80% less water than steam cleaning for faster drying. Carbonated solutions lift deep dirt while removing allergens like pet dander and dust mites. Commercial-grade equipment ensures thorough extraction of contaminants, leaving carpets cleaner longer without sticky residues.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) destroys odor-causing crystals at the molecular level. UV light detects hidden stains, while deep cleaning reaches sub-floor contamination. Effective for both recent accidents and chronic odor issues, preserving carpet integrity during treatment.
Area Rug Cleaning
Specialized cleaning for synthetic and natural fiber rugs, including oriental and Persian varieties. Gentle yet effective process preserves colors and dyes while removing embedded dirt and allergens. Technicians evaluate rug construction to determine optimal cleaning methods for delicate materials.
Commercial Cleaning
Scheduled and one-time cleaning services for offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues. Low-moisture system minimizes business disruption with 1-2 hour drying times. Maintains professional appearance while improving indoor air quality through allergen reduction in high-traffic environments.
Upholstery Cleaning
Non-toxic solutions remove food stains, pet dander, and dust mites from sofas and chairs. Carbonation lifts embedded dirt without damaging fabrics, while protectant application resists future staining. Restores appearance and extends furniture lifespan through deep fiber cleaning.

Ever since they totally restored a dismal carpet, which I had previously had cleaned by others, I have never used anyone else. The Earth-and people friendly chemicals that they use, PLUS their superior labor do a great job. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

After having my carpets cleaned by A-OK for several years, I can find nothing to say except that they do an amazing job, show up when they are supposed to, remove spots that should still be there and handle all aspects of their business with professionalism and courtesy. Their customer service is an example of what we should be able to expect from everyone we do business with locally, but that we seldom find. GREAT JOB ALWAYS!

Caleb was our cleaning technician today. He was very kind and helpful, and so sweet to my kids while they bombarded him with questions and stories! He got my carpets as clean as physically possible and they look great! He helped me move my couch and pick up the debris hidden behind it. Pricing is very fair and he was in and out in about an hour and a half. 10/10

I recently moved to Colorado, bought a house, and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving in. They came on schedule, explained the options, and did great work on the carpets and some prior pet spots. I didn't realize the carpets were supposed to be a lighter shade of brown! Highly recommend!

Sarah & Mike are incredible! They not only did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets throughout our home, but they went above and beyond by cleaning our hardwood floors after seeing what a mess they were from construction. They were so kind, easy to work with, and fairly priced. They helped us in a pinch and I am forever grateful!

Carson was very thoughtful and understanding of our unique situation cleaning a large (9 X 11) area rug. It was also helpful to have him treat it in our garage due to the weight (much more convenient than dropping it off ourselves at a cleaning shop).

Mike & Sara = The Pros Pros! Highest quality service, personal interaction and cleanest carpets I've ever seen. Cleaning company several years ago said, "these stains won't come out." Didn't even expect it was a possibility and it was not talked about this go around. Alas, Chem Dry got the stains out. My carpets were done about 3 hours ago, and they are pretty much dry, never looked or smelled better. No water buildup causing bacteria and mildew. Don't go anywhere else, Chem Dry is the bomb bomb!
