Phenomenal service! Paula & her husband were great, & very accommodating to my work schedule. Eric did a great job! He clean a few rugs for me, as well as my mattresses. It was a wonderful feeling to sleep on a CLEAN mattress. I hope to do this annually. I was so impressed with their service that after COVID hit, I hired Naturewise to do a few upholstered chairs for me, which he picked up and then returned. Great value AND great service! I'll be back!

We hired Naturewise Chem-Dry to clean our carpets, which hadn't been cleaned for about 5 years and had a number of stains mainly from our cats. The carpet cleaning was a great experience, starting from scheduling, the punctuality and the professionalism during the cleaning itself. One month later, the carpets look wonderful, and all of the stains are gone.
Due to the non-toxicity of the products that are used for the cleaning I can also be assured that there no harmful residues were left behind that could impact our health and that of our pets. Highly recommend and I will definitely used Naturewise Chem-Dry again.

My husband and I remodeled our kitchen. The contractor that did the work did a poor job at protecting the new tile he installed leaving them dirty with extra grout, glue and paint/stain. We called in two professional companies before we found Eric and Paula. The 2 previous companies could not remove the dirt and grim and told us we needed to have the floors replaced.
Heart broken I went out and did more research and called NatureWise to see if they could help. They came out for a consultation and assured me that they could help get the floors looking brand new. And they did just that! I remember walking into the kitchen during my lunch break and almost crying because my floors looked like they were supposed to, NEW! Paula and Eric were kind, courteous and professional. I cannot thank them enough for giving me a sparkling kitchen floor.

Phoned them twice and was greeted by the owner both times. They worked around my schedule and showed up promptly both times. The technician inspected the carpets, informed me of what he was planning to do and what the cost would be, and when the work was done gave me a rundown of what he had done, what to expect, and how to treat the cleaned areas. He also told us to call them immediately if we had any questions and/or problems.
