Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method deeply cleans carpets using 80% less water than steam cleaning. The carbonation process lifts dirt from carpet fibers for thorough removal while minimizing drying time. This healthier approach reduces allergens like pet dander and dust mite matter by 80% according to independent lab tests. Commercial and residential services include stain protection application and deodorization options.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) eliminates odors at the molecular level using specialized formulas. UV light detection identifies hidden urine deposits in carpets and padding. The treatment breaks down urine crystals in carpet padding and sub-floors over 24-36 hours. Effective for both recent accidents and chronic odor issues, this process prevents repeat marking behavior in pets.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional cleaning for sofas, sectionals, and upholstered furniture using carbonated solutions. Removes embedded dirt and allergens without damaging fabric integrity. The Natural cleaning solution contains no soaps or harsh chemicals. Protective treatments available to resist future staining. Dries in 1-2 hours with no sticky residue attracting new soil.
Commercial Cleaning
Tailored cleaning solutions for businesses including offices, medical facilities, and retail spaces. Low-moisture method allows same-day return to service areas. Reduces allergens and improves indoor air quality for employees and customers. Available for one-time events or scheduled maintenance plans. Handles large-scale jobs with minimal operational disruption.
Healthy Home Package
Comprehensive cleaning system combining allergen reduction, odor elimination, and stain protection. Independent testing confirms 80% reduction in common household allergens. Deodorizers neutralize odors at the source rather than masking them. Includes application of protective treatments for carpets and upholstery. Designed for homes with pets, children, or allergy sufferers.

I have used Aladdin Chem-Dry for 10+ years. Excellent service, technicians are courteous, professional, and very thorough. Carpets satisfactorily cleaned and dries in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stairs and high traffic areas are satisfactorily done also. I highly recommend using a non-steamed method because it dries much quicker and doesn't saturate carpet which causes the carpet pad to deteriorate much faster.
