DC Chem Dry cleaned a large area rug that I inherited from my mother. Between pets, grandchildren and a high traffic area, it really needed it. I was astounded by how brilliant the colors looked when cleaning was completed. They also cleaned my sofa and a chair. My room feels and looks amazing. Jackie was excellent in her response, accommodating my scheduling needs, and giving me an estimate over the phone. The actual cleaning was done efficiently and with good care. I highly recommend DC Chem Dry for cleaning carpet and upholstery.

My carpet had lots of dark stains in the high traffic areas. The technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and cleaned my carpet to perfection. The stains are all gone and my carpet isnt soaking wet! Thank you Chris and Jackie! You get 5 stars and I will recommend DC Chem-Dry to everyone!

After calling around to get pricing from several companies I went with DC Chem Dry. The number one reason for my choice was because of Jackie. When I called she was SUPER friendly and professional. Then Brian showed up to do the job. He was SUPER friendly and proffesional as well. I am so incredibly impressed with the service I recieved. I'm very happy with DC Chem-Dry! Chris is very polite and do great work. There was NO hidden fees! I felt comfortable with the gentlemen in my home. I will contact them again. I've been using DC Chem-Dry for years. They always do an amazing job on my carpet. A couple years ago an entire bottle of red wine spilled on my carpet and DC Chem-Dry was out within an hour and got it completely out of my carpet. They are always very professional and leave my carpets looking and smelling fresh. I love that their products are all natural so I don't have to worry about any harsh chemicals around my children.
