Chem Dry came to clean my couch and a small area rug - neither were especially dirty, but had a fair amount of use and needed a good cleaning. Glenn was super professional, was here on time, got the cleaning done quickly and my couch looked AMAZING after. We've used Chem Dry in the past and will continue to call Glenn for all our furniture and rug cleaning needs!

I got the confirmation of the appointment, followed by a reminder and then the text when he was on the way. Very Satisfied with the service, the carpet that needed cleaning was in very bad condition due to irresponsible tenants. When I reached out to Chem Dry, they accommodated and gave me an appointment very quickly. I was aware that the carpet was in very bad condition and that some of the stains could possibly not be removed entirely, after the service I was very surprised because the rug looked fresh and clean. Very satisfied with Glenns service! Definitely would use this company again in the future and recommend! Thank you!

For first time I took their service for carpet Chem-Dry. Their charge is very reasonable. Reported in time as per schedule. Their work is great. I asked Mr. Glenn if he can help me to remove the cigarette smell from the carperts. He explained very clearly what he can do and what I can expect. I was happy to see his honesty. He not only explain the advantages, he also let clients know the disadvantages. Next time I will directly contact him for any such job.

Got my carpet cleaned this morning and Glenn and his team did a great job. He confirmed the day before, texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would, very friendly guy. My room feels so much cleaner and airy but most importantly my carpet wasn't drenched. I could already see my carpet drying within an hour after the service was performed. Glenn also provided tips for maintenance in between cleanings. I would definitely use his service again well worth the money.

I was convinced Id have to replace the entire carpet in my condo, but in only one cleaning, they had them looking brand new. Glenn was great! Super friendly and fast. He also gave us a few options so we went higher stain remover and sanitizer as we were just moving in. Only downside is that I wished we'd discussed the stains that didn't come out and potential treatments while he was here on site. He also wears shoes while doing the cleaning but no I'll effects noted.
