Integrity Chem-Dry

I always have Integrity Chem Dry out once a year. But I was in need of a last minute appointment. The company sent out Justin and Jason late this afternoon to clean my carpets & sectional sofa right before Thanksgivings. I have a lot of family coming over and I was in dying need to get my sectional sofa done. My little one recently got into his rash cream, and wipe it all over my sofa.

Both Justin & Jason explained the process and reinsured me that they can get everything out. Let me say they work wonders on getting everything out. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Chem Dry and will be using them again next year.

They were very prompt and came out and gave me the bid. Then when I scheduled an appointment for the job, they were also as prompt. They did an excellent job. I had called Stanley Steemer, and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. they misrepresented their coupon and they were a lot more expensive.

I had a large blood stain from a head wound and ChemDry got it out to my satisfaction. I had thought Id have to replace the carpet. But no, the technician got it out

I was very impressed with Robert (and his helper, Sam) and their professionalism and particularly Robert's outgoing personality. I have used Chem dry before and was extremely happy with the results and felt the cost was fair. The last time was about 5 years ago. This time, the cost was 3 times the amount! I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" However, the cost I had to pay for 1 sofa, 4 rooms plus the pet urine and odor this time was enough I could have bought new carpet! We are talking about $2500 here! Waaaayyyyy too much! I will be trying someone else next time.

Kyle and Robert cleaned & scotch-guarded our large beige sectional and it looks terrific. But the topper is our tile floor which extends thru out our house except for bedrooms. They cleaned & sealed the tile & grout and it looks brand-new, even though its 25 yrs old. VERY happy with their service - Sharp, professional, courteous, focused, and careful w our belongings

I had my ceramic tiles cleaned and sealed. We had moved into this house 5 yrs ago and had no idea that our grout was suppose to be a light color beige!
